Tales From The Trenches! Compiled By, The Eldritch God A battle rages in the void above Vraks. One lone Krieg officer stares up at the stars. A report about the void war unfolding above his head is crumpled up in his hand. He raises a shovel, "Filthy Traitors! If only my entrenching tool could pierce the heavens! We would be unstoppable!" He holds the shovel aloft staring past it to the stars peeking through the swirling maelstrom. Abruptly he drives his shovel into the earth, "Get down here in the mud and fight like men! COWARDS!" As if on cue, fiery trails begin to streak across the sky. Within the command bunker, reports swiftly arrive detailing ongoing attacks. Urgent pleas for reinforcements flood in, aiming to orchestrate a coordinated response. Overhead, a singular fireball shines brighter than the others, appearing poised to strike the command bunker directly. However, as it nears, the fireball decelerates. The flames dissipate, unveiling a traitor drop pod hurtling through the atmosphere. The glowing pod is reflected in the Krieg officer's gas mask. Licking flames echo the fire that burns in the officer's heart. Beneath the mask, a grin slowly grows. The officer calls out in a booming voice that commands, as well as demands, respect. "Men..." "Affix!" "BAYONETS!" ---------- A Krieg Artillery Officer and the Commander of the local front were in an argument. “I Say We Should Shell The Position for another twelve hours!” “Well I'm in charge of this section of the front, and I say we should begin the mass wave assault NOW!" "More Shelling!" "Wave Assault!" "More Shelling!" "Wave Assault!" Standing quietly near the doorway of the dugout, one of the infantry units who had arrived to deliver a report patiently awaited his turn. Raising his hand, he waited until he garnered attention. Eventually, the commander noticed him and sharply inquired, "What is it, Private?" "Sirs... why not both?" One hour later, a whistle is blown and everyone in the trench climbs up and starts charging through an artillery barrage. The artillery officer wipes a tear away from the lens of his gas mask, "What a beautiful sight." The commander sighed, "Why didn't we think of this sooner?" Just then the messenger has reached halfway across no-man's-land to be hit by both a shell from the enemy and friendly fire at the same time in a particularly spectacular explosion. With his face lit up by the bright orange glow, the artillery officer slowly nodded, "This, my friend, is the power of compromise." ---------- VIK Entry Date: #ERROR# To: General A special appreciation goes out to the followers of Slaanesh for their generous donation of over 18 crates of bacon jerky to the food stores of the citadel. Every contribution matters! The inclusion of this flavorful bounty, along with a fresh protein source, has significantly uplifted morale among our troops. Due to limited supplies, bacon jerky distribution is reserved for military units that successfully complete perilous assignments.

The first one nodded, "Ah. My husband was a bit more direct. He walked up to me and said, 'My desire to procreate with you is only second to my desire to sacrifice for the god emperor'." I dunno man, but it keeps me up at night.” "..." "What?" "I meant why are we here, in this trench and not charging across no-man's land?” ---------- A Commissar, returning from battle, went to the regimental headquarters to report, "I have bad news." The officer looked to the Commissar, "What is it, sah?" "The company I was with stumbled into a minefield, only a handful of them survived to make it to the other side." "Ah. So the minefield is cleared. What's the bad news?" The commissar blinked, "Are you not listening? Do you not know how many men we just lost in that assault?" The commander replied, "Did we take the objective?" "Uhhh... no?" "Then clearly not enough." The commander turned to the nearest radio operator, "Send in the next wave." ---------- "Shovels are the quintessence of civilization. "With a shovel, you can dig a hole just deep enough to hide yourself. Or if you gather a bunch of people with them, you can dig a fine trench. If you change your viewpoint a little, you can even dig a tunnel. You can smash a sturdy enemy trench with mining tactics." "A shovel is a good friend to any and every type of soldier. And a shovel is the best gear for a close-quarters fight in a trench. Longer than a bayonet, simpler to handle than a rifle, sturdier than any other tool. Not only that, but they are extremely cheap and easy to make, so they're perfect for mass production." "This is it. The ideal piece of equipment. This is the point humanity was meant to reach. Civilization has developed the shovel as its implement. Above all, it doesn't rely on fancy tricks, so it's optimal for stealth kills. damn listening to the first minute while playing starship troopers extermination got me really confused as to what I was listening to was thinking wasn't it a 40k video for vraks ?
It always astounds me how the Imperium never learns from the heresies and rebellions of the Church and the rich. The Abyssal Crusade ? The Reign of Blood ? But, on the other hand, it wouldn't be the grimderpness of the 41st Millenium if there was more than 1 working brain for every million people in The Administratum, 1 in 10 million for the Eclesiarchy :3
Is it the exact same text with better mic or a new script? I listened to the whole série not thst long ago and I didn't mind the quality so I'd rather having new material
Ah, 40K. Even if the good Cardinal's Heart had gone the way of a party balloon. This HYPER trained sniper, would of course, have had an escape plan for after the shot. But, nooooooooooo! Cant have the HYPER trained assassin do obvious things like take his disguise with him. He still had to get out of the basilica whatever the shots outcome. Its this sort of "plot point" that makes my blood boil. Same goes for so many TV programmes these days.
You know the inquisition could have avoided this whole thing simply by dropping by with a single cruiser with a borrowed Imperial Guard regiment and said: "you are needed back home, we will escort you. Do not resist." Or more subtlety just said we will handle this new "threat" and you just need to go back to your planet. Then poof the cardinal mysteriously disappears. The mystery of his disappearance would send a clear message. He wasn't rebelling yet by this point
It just occured to me, even if the Vindicare assassin killed the cardinal, he still wouldn't have gotten away. Plus even if the cardinalwas dead Deacon Mamoon could probably take over using his death as a call to arms.

But, on the other hand, it wouldn't be the grimderpness of the 41st Millenium if there was more than 1 working brain for every million people in The Administratum, 1 in 10 million for the Eclesiarchy :3
Takes me back! Here we go again...
Fuck yeah! time to rewatch the original series... waiting is for suckers!
What music did Arch use for the Badab War?
Dont we have that one chaos crusade u promised to do like 6 months to a year ago? Idk time flies by so fast I dont even know
Is it the exact same text with better mic or a new script?
I listened to the whole série not thst long ago and I didn't mind the quality so I'd rather having new material
To think just one man not choosing the right word do what he wanted done
So does he say or do anything differently besides adding some visual effects? You know compared to the original series?
Youd think they would spring for a jump pack or you know, rope.
Instead of trying to walk out of a facility that you just put into lockdown.
The cult of sacrifice stands strong in the face of evil!
I hope that the next big series (hopefully Sabbat Worlds) looks this great
The vraks continues!
An oldie but goodie
The Cardinal is really lucky they didnt send an Eversor...
Lord Commander Arch!
Vraks: The real sige were the frends we made along the way
Let goooooo !
Hoping we get lore for the skitari & co
This video series has helped a bloke sleeping for a few years now
Where's the animation?
It's happening!!!
You know the inquisition could have avoided this whole thing simply by dropping by with a single cruiser with a borrowed Imperial Guard regiment and said: "you are needed back home, we will escort you. Do not resist."
Or more subtlety just said we will handle this new "threat" and you just need to go back to your planet. Then poof the cardinal mysteriously disappears. The mystery of his disappearance would send a clear message.
He wasn't rebelling yet by this point
Let's go baby, another pyrrhic imperial victory!
Yeah Vrax... again! Fuck Yeah!
I really hope he won't remove the original serie, I personnaly feel like these effects lessens it all and would still recommend the old one.
A Interaction for the Interaction God, a Comment for the Comment Throne, for the Almighty Algorithm
It just occured to me, even if the Vindicare assassin killed the cardinal, he still wouldn't have gotten away. Plus even if the cardinalwas dead Deacon Mamoon could probably take over using his death as a call to arms.
If he got him his first shot he might have. Generally if a sniper fires more than once their position is compromised.
SABBAT WORLDS
Why does the Cardinal look like Karl Malden from " The Streets of San Francisco "... ?? lol .
I remember Cardinal Soup Kitchen that inquiery was boring
I love this.
Was this detailed in a novel?
Next logistics video please arch 😊
Please bring back the intro it’s so good!
