Julie ,that again and again thing yes ,and that too inspite of taking such such good care of my mental health .When you say feel that emotion ,how to do it ?its a funny question but how to feel a emotion🤣🤣.I think even running after deeper states of consciousness is a form of resisting emotion. And i have a question - How would an awakened person feel during an emotional crisis ? did you had any external crisis after your awakening during which you felt really different compared to the way you had felt before awakening ? ,i hope you are well ♥

Feel the emotion as it is experienced in the body :) YES, good observation. Spiritual bypassing is a common trap.
Well, the awakening brought upon the dark night of the soul where the emotional pain or pain body surfaced. It felt real, raw and painful :) Not sure what you define as "crisis". For me it was never interpreted as crisis, just authenticity on how I really felt.

Julie ,i see .So you mean if like someone is feeling loneliness and is missing someone they should try to feel where that feels in their body and ignore the thoughts associated with this?

Yeeesss!! Thanks as always Julie, a very enlightening video of how things bond us in Maya. When I read about about Vasanas and Samskaras something clicked and made so much sense.
However I have a question. If we don't choose our thoughts as Advaita Vedanta says (they just arise), how can we re-program our subconscious to have an 'easier' life in Maya?
A negative person can't become a positive one because it cannot choose to have recurring positive thoughts?
The only path is by abiding in the self and just have no thoughts at all?
    Thanks! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thank you for your questions. I will try to answer :)
You can try to change the mind, but if the energetics is unchanged, it won't be experienced as easier. :) or more liberated.
Also, investigate into your belifs about "negative" and "positive". Where does that judgement arise and what is the reality to it? It all just is, it is the mind that uses labels like negative and positive and categorizes.
Try having no thoughts and let me know how that works for you ;)
