Love this video. Thanks! I’ve found that using some good silicone on the bushings wherever they contact the pin or hinge assembly makes for a quiet smoothly operating hinge. Just my .02

I put some shims on the bottom of the door that mates to the latch/hinge for now 😅 lol I should have replaced the pins while I had my old door off. I put a different door on my pins aren't as bad as yours, but they're getting there.

I've had multiple Ford and Chevy pickups that I never had a problem with the door hinges or doors. NEVER. I've had two Dodge Ram 2500s and both trucks the hinges wore out and the doors had various stress cracks around the hinges and door latches. The Cummins Turbo Diesel is the only thing that makes a Dodge Ram worth buying. The ONLY thing. Why Ford, why didn't you put the Cummins in the F Series? Substandard doors, hinges, body parts, headliner, plastic interior and just a general lack of quality is what defines Dodge RAM.
OK. That was helpful. I know what I'm getting into now. Thanks.

Don't make a video if you're not certain. I'm looking for answers, not another dude trying to figure it out.
