I have tried to find People and Other Pages, but I do not haver that anywhere on my page settings or in business suite. My page also doesn't look like yours with regards to having a "settings" button at the top of my business page and you have so many settings once you get to that section, which I don't see anywhere on my business page. Any advice would be appreciated. If you need more info, please ask.

Sorry Peggy. It's in the top right corner of the About box on all my Pages. And I'm viewing as an Admin on a computer, not the mobile app. The other place you could try is under Settings, then click Page Info. If you aren't seeing it there then I'm not sure where it would be for you.

Hi Jerry Thanks for this content.. its very helpful. But i have a problem in my FB Page inbox. All incoming messages are directed to Done inbox. I didn't get new messages in my page using my cellphone. when i try to switch to done messages nothing new messages. But if i log in using laptop or pc, still no new messages in Main inbox but when i check to Done inbox, I was surprised i have flooded new messages. Yes i have messenger bot. but i don't know how to fix this problem.. Please help.
Jerry, I have a question which Facebook just doesn't even bother answering. On a business page you can add a video on your Facebook cover instead of just an image, but on the Facebook group page, one can only upload an image? Doesn't make sense, unless there is a way around that?

Are you saying when you click on Settings, the first item on the new menu is Messages and not General? If so, you may not be an Admin and not have full access?

Hi Wakanda! To change your name, go to your About page, then click Edit. You can change it there. If it's a small change, it should get approved quickly, but if it's a dramatic change Facebook may reject it. Good luck!

On a computer, go to your About tab, then you should see a small link that says "Edit Page Info."

The same way you upload any photo, just make sure it's at least 400 x 400 pixels.

It might be too big. I'd size it at 400 x 400.

The setting wheel is completely gone
Try going to facebook.com/fiveminutesocialmedia/settings, except replace 'fiveminutesocialmedia' with your page's name.
On my business page, I don't have a settings in my tool bar. Just a bunch of icons (Home, Marketplace, Groups etc). Where are my settings?

It looks like Facebook is phasing out the Story section on pages with the shift to 'New Facebook'.
