@@oliverose7 God bless you Atty. ,I was not able to take the BBE because my mom passed away in the middle of my review due to kidney failure, she was on dialysis for 3 years. I will try again this time, thank you po for helping us understand the law. I will pray for your health.
Sad to know about your mom. Dialysis is difficult. I went through it for 18 months before my transplant. Praise God my eldest son donated a kidney to me. I pray that you will be successful in your exam.
Good morning ma’am. You’re an awesome lecturer. You explain the subject so well in such a way that an ordinary law graduate could understand what civil procedure is all about. I’m right here in California, USA. I wonder if you’re from the province of Cagayan, ma’am, since you love to mention its towns like Aparri, Camalaniugan, etc. I grew up in the town of Enrile, Cagayan. Hi atty. Hope you're doing well po. Tanong lang po. I am defendant of the civil case Accion Publiciana filed by my neighbor. I was able to send my Answer and Pre Trial Brief by my own (no legal counsel yet due to financial constraints). At the scheduled Pre Trial Conference of 8:30AM, I arrived late (9:20AM) resulting for possible technicality because of my absence. However , I still appeared and convinced before the Judge to extend my apologies and explained Her my valid cause (my wife who's in 39 weeks and 3 days pregnancy needs me as She was experiencing abdominal pain early morning that indeed made us worries) Now, my question atty., would my valid reason be granted before Honorable Court? Will the Judge only accept the evidences that Plaintiff presented excluding my annexes/exhibits that i already attached in my Answer and P.Brief respectively? I appreciate your prompt response Atty.🙏
Good day po ask ko lang po,dismiss po ang case ng father ko dahil sa 60 days period,na hindi po sya ang may gawa o ksalanan para abutin ng sinsabing 60days period...kung sakali po ba un attempted murder na ginawa sa father ko at yung mga ginastos nya sa ospital is wala na magagawa o di na makakahingi pa kahit fanyos perwisyo?salamat po sa tugon.!
