Nice work! Maybe I just missed it, but if the only problem with your IMA battery is that it lost its charge, there are home trickle chargers that can be made for like $20 that should help save it. When I bought my car mine was so bad that it would lose its IMA signal overnight and I would have to drive it like 15 minutes the next day before the bars started coming back. I charged > discharged > charged my IMA battery and it has been great since. Directions for making the charger are on the crzforum.com
