My AC came with a manual listing 10 models each for the indoor and outdoor units. It refers to a "manual in the WiFi module". There's nothing about a WiFi module. The official LG video says "Make sure your unit is WiFi enabled but it doesn't explain how to do that. Besides the WiFi issue thare are many "Optional" functions and not all remotes are the same. How complicated can you make something simple?

Hi, My LG AC got disconnected on my LGThinq app right after power interruption, it was already repaired by the LG technician. but suddenly, power interruption happen again 3 days after the repair by the technician, and the issue re-occur and not able to connect again. is there a possibility that this newly purchase unit has a defect in wifi chip? because if we request for a visit and the technician still do the same troubleshooting,, then its not about the connection anymore, its about the hardware itself. I hope i got a reply for this . thanks .
