Got to agree with this comment. I was so disappointed with the thick ducting needed to hide the pipework. For my bedroom installations, I had no idea before the installation guy asked me which side I wanted the 'ugly' to carry the pipe and power up into my loft. I was lucky with a downstairs installation that was on an external wall that the exit was behind the unit..

Any aircon company that could innovate and make their aircon easy for consumer to wash its internal parts will be the numba #1 aircon and game changer. coz the cleaning of aircon is so expensive nowadays.

Hello I am currently having an issue with my LG Air Conditioner Smart Inverter I've Had It For A Few Years And When I First Installed it I Didn't Use It Much I Travelled To Another Place And I Just Came Back And I Didn't Use It Much But When I Started Heating For About A Month Or So I Started Having This Issue Where The Indoor Unit Stops And A Pill Icon Is Displayed And It Makes A Cymbal Crash Sound And The Outdoor Unit Noise Lowers And The Inside Just Does Not Work Do You Know The Issue?

Excuse me is this a joke, do you not proofread your scripts, THE EXTERNAL UNIT GENIUSES.... You know why you left it out, because I'm on the 4th floor and there's no easy way to make that process in any shape or form simple.
God dammit I wish I watched this prior to pulling the linesets through my walls.... now I have to move them another 2 feet!!! I thought the piping was right side mount. Damn.
They go behind and out the outer wall, if you removed the unit you would see the hole for the piping and drain where he measured away from the rack plate.. this video is not at all accurate cause you also need to install an outside unit lol

This is a more than excellent instruction about how to install the INDOOR unit. Split airco's have an OUTDOOR unit as well. What about it?
As LG ac user, I strongly recommend it especially if you live in a hot weather area .. just make sure to buy a model that has "Rotary Compressor"
