Hello Kumander Daot, I want to express my gratitude for bringing attention to the beauty and history of Sulu land. I am a third-generation Taosug born in Sabah, Malaysia. Over the years, the media has often portrayed the Sulu people in a negative light, labeling them as aggressive and associated with terror groups. However, through the stories passed down by my late uncle, I have come to understand the circumstances that led to their departure from the land. My parents left Sulu in 1973 and have not been able to return since, as they still carry the emotional burden of the traumatic events they faced. Despite this, they hold a deep yearning for their homeland. I share this sentiment and hope to one day visit the motherland to reconnect with our family roots, delve into the rich history and culture, and possibly even reunite with long-lost relatives. Insyallah . As my Dad always says “ayaw puhun “. Love from Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺 ❤

Very good of you to have set the tone down. Do not get into politics or any discussion about it. The Philippines' claim with respect to Sabah is a serious topic to be discussed and people have a polarizing opinion about it.
This video caught my attention recently, and I find it fascinating that efforts are underway to reconstruct the Sulu Sultanate Palace. Before being divided into the contemporary nations of Southeast Asia, this region-which runs from the northern Malay Peninsula to the southern Philippines-was ruled by a number of Malays sultanate kingdoms. The colonial powers replaced several of these kingdoms with the current ones, causing them to disappear. There are still very few of them, mostly in Malaysia and Brunei, where they have survived and developed into constitutional monarchies. The rest is history, and these historical facts concerning their countries' previous conditions must be taught to future generations.

Sulu has so many to offer and I've been reading a lot about the people there. How can we help them to improve without destroying their history and beauty? We do not want another Phuket or Bali.
Did majesty Remember 50 cent Malaysia coin in front of the castle ?
Why are they don't develop the royal parks?
Wow tambuang is now developed, that's the project of Ministry of Public Works(MPW)BARMM-SULU 1st District Engineering Office Led by District Engineer Ajan Ajijul.

Beautiful
And the Sultans
Yeah, the Sultans, they played creole
Creole
And then the man, he steps right up to the microphone
And says at last, just as the time bell rings
"Goodnight, now it's time to go home"
Then he makes it fast with one more thing
"We are the Sultans
We are the Sultans of Swing"
With the Sultans
With the Sultans of Swing
And a crowd of young boys, they're fooling around in the corner
Drunk and dressed in their best brown baggies and their platform soles
They don't give a damn about any trumpet-playing band
It ain't what they call rock and roll
FYI brother,,muizul lail is not a legitimate sultan ,,it Sultan Phugdal kiram,,if u need more info.pls. inform us..
Amin insha allah..🤲☝️
I'm surprised...Ur a great presenter..
Uh I thought there were 5 militants group whom claimed to be the Sultan Of Sulu?

You get a shiver in the dark, it's raining in the park, but meantime
South of the river, you stop and you hold everything
A band is blowing Dixie, double-four time
You feel alright when you hear that music ring
Well, now you step inside, but you don't see too many faces
Coming in out of the rain to hear the jazz go down
Competition in other places
Ah, but the horns, they blowing that sound
Way on down south
Way on down south, London town
You check out Guitar George, he knows all the chords
Mind, he's strictly rhythm, he doesn't want to make it cry or sing
Yes and an old guitar is all he can afford
When he gets up under the lights to play his thing
And Harry doesn't mind if he doesn't make the scene
He's got a daytime job, he's doing alright
He can play the honky-tonk like anything
Saving it up for Friday night
And the Sultans
Yeah, the Sultans, they played creole

One of these days you should visit us here at the north Kumander :)
i wanna asking. why do they wanna strike sabah?
Because they claim sabah was given to them by sultan of brunei back in the day, and then the british took sabah from them.
And then sabah became independent with rest of Malaysia, but the sulu heirs claim that they should be the head of sabah. And probably because sulu people can't enter and live in sabah normally.
I have many friends from Sulu
We live peacefully at Sabah
I am a Catholic and I believe and hope that someday muslims should be given freedom to govern their own land. And if it is possible the whole Mindanao be given to them and they establish their own government. Muslims call themselves Moro not Filipino and it is fine. Nowadays we must let muslims live separately in their own land to avoid conflicts. Live and let live.
i think it's impossible for manila admin to give mindanao wholly for muslim to govern because mindanao is rich in natural resources. No need for me blah..blah..blah... sorry.

I am a Catholic, and I suppose you're a muslim, and yet we have different opinions, me on the positive side and you on the negative side which should be my stand on the issue. Wow! Look at how people would react just to be able to say something.

I think the Kumander was very clear at the onset this video. Please, please don’t politicize this video or channel. We’re all enjoying these travel vlogs because it represents the diversity of our cultures and the community of our peoples; of who we are and what unites us people, and not the other way around. The least thing we want to see and hear are arguments and toxic debates. We have enough of that in other channels. Thank you.
From the looks of it, you really like to visit down south.
