Fun fact, when large horned mammals get into deadlock like that- it's possible for the stronger male to break the other's neck and uh... Take a trophy. The horns are still locked, so they literally have to... *Take* it. I'll just say 2 brains aren't always better than 1!
Casey Anderson is the wildlife guy in this show. He's always been very enthusiastic about wildlife and his love for his job, shows. Makes him seem a bit nutty 😂 but anyone who loves wildlife like he does is ok in my book. 😊 He has guts that's for sure.
@@amm019oh, it definitely happens, and those are probably an authentic pair, I just don't think he just happened on them in a field next to the road while they were filming
They have to set the precedent somehow. Not like they really feel like going and finding some themselves; these are 1500lb predatorial mini aggressive elephants
I like how he says the only thing cooler than finding those heads would be seeing them fight in real life. I see whitetail deer fight every year and have found several dead heads but finding two giant skulls locked together is pretty uncommon. He was way to casual and they were in way to nice of condition for him to just casually find them.
Well I think he said it several times, 'this is crazy!' and yes, yes it is! To put yourself at risk confronting wild animals only serves as entertainment, it serves no good purpose to human or animal!
This is great news about the refrigerated rice. I often make triple the amount of rice and freeze what I don't need so that next time i decide on the spur of the moment that I will make a recipe using rice, I don't have to wait for the rice to cook. Why do all of the previous comments refer to animals fighting? I am commenting beneath the Dr Mandell video about rice.
Two Mooses that were just fighting one another have their heads stuck together as they slowly die: "Yep... I guess we really screwed the pooch this time, aye?"🫤
Well to be fair he is breaking into their house and living space so they do have all rights to defend with lethal force... it's good he didn't have a gun cuz he's knows hes in their space...
I'm not interested in film footage of the shows host. Please focus on the animals. Your quality has significantly deteriorated in recent years. I think I'll unsuscribe.
Those locked antlers we so staged. I lived up there. Thats just not realistic. Perfectly on top of the grass, in perfectly clean condition. When he tried to pull em apart they only showed a small small section. So obvious. The whole cast looks like ppl who 'party'. This is a drama show. I thought nat geo was real...
@ Nat Geo Wild. Don't know who the audio/sound engineer was but he should be forced to listen to this Audio Disaster through a set of Hear Aids. Then they should be forced to listen to endless loops of some one tuning a single string on a bass guitar - badly. That " Dramatic Music" overlay was a disaster. Dropped this show after 2 minutes of Audio Torture.
That set of locked antlers was amazing. That has got to be a once in a lifetime find.
Born and raised in Anchorage, in '59, telling you Denali is pronounced Din al ee
To the guy with you filming this, how excited were you when you saw that he managed to capture that fight really well on tape?
Yes
Candy scene: OOH we have a joker here…PRIVATE JOKER 😂😂
your disssing ole Lennys intelligence he knew it was a fake.
I love the spaghetti western showdown music 🎶 9:00
They are very big and beautiful animals, but I don't want to be that close to one in the wild
Lol not at all !! They're MUCH bigger than they look on TV too. And they aren't slow.
Yay, they are the 5th most dangerous animal
Some bull mooses can weight as much as semi truck cabs.
That was intense! Bordered on insanity, when I think about it. Great footage!
Thanks for taking us with you

That was respect for his fallen brethren @33
These wolves are in hunt mode, with tracking collars LOL what a joke
And not only put himself in grave danger, but he put his camera person in grave danger.
They both know what they were doing
that is documentary filmmaking for you
id say they both had guns on them

He is one of my favorite wildlife guys 💪
Well he's no Timothy Treadwell God rest his soul
Steve Irwin was pretty brave too
@@MisfitsFiendClub138 so true
Wildlife is awesome, and I love it
It's not good for them to get so close. Beautiful footage though.
I'd love to see them do a grizzly documentary though lol
Finding those locked antlers was so staged.
This has happened a few times with other deer species, so I don't entirely think so.

He is trying to help the deer or trying to catch him can' understand.❤❤❤
Great video and job

Careful being there. You don't want to end up like Treadwell or, Huegenard!
So he just ate 💩😂 I'm done
And he swallowed it! 🤢 🤮
It was a piece of candy. Did the joke go over your head?
right im confused? e coli
No way he found those antlers like that
Uh? Just going to end like that?? Sheesh!
First 100 viewers and first comment! One of my favorite channels by far! Love nature
Hey Kierahn! Glad to hear you love our channel, thank you so much for being a part of our community!
....nope..
Ohhh yep.
Sorry pal... too much music for me. Your voice it's ok, but the cinema music...????
So who is the Camera operator with you??
Hey, Rocky!

I thought maybe this guy was on drugs but he just really loves his job…..a little too much.
🤣🤣🤣
This guy is all about himself. He's always in front of it.
...so did Steve Irwin.
that is my dream.. walk among those mountains and see all creature
The cahones on these two guys. Holy cow. No pun intended.
why say that the little tree was used to clean the velvet off his antlers.
Nah you wuz blockin ole Lennys path, and he just knows its a fake thats why he repositions.

Yeah no. He was not accepted into the herd.
Too noisy.

Imagine that someone make half human and half car. And start driving around your area aint that gonna scare the $hit outta you😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I STILL WISH FOR THE OTHER FEATURE PRESENTATION DOCUMENTARY FROM NAT GEO WILD
This is so dope
5 years a go they legalized farming deer . This year they had to kill 500 deer from helicopters to slow the spread of cwd
Befor i had download this documentary alreardy
Cool. @7:33 theres a fence visable?
There are random fences everywhere in Montana left from settlers and previous homeowners alike
Wow
Wow.
Next Sunday do a full episode of wonderfully weird episode 3 and 4 please
This guy is just disturbing these animals for a selfie.👎👎
Ain’t disturbing em and it ain’t for a selfie I do not think they shoulda had a camera crew out there and definitely not without a rifle
Those locked horns were worth more than the show to me!
That was a crazy find ! Jeez the bears had a feast when those 2 died, locked together.🤔😳😳
Staged
What's your bet he kept them? Or tried to, Montana may have forbidden it.
Not a horn
@@Montananmooselover yes I know lol. It's an antler but most of us rednecks call em horns lol
Why? Why did you have to do it? Such a cute but rugged guy, and then you did it. It’ll never be the same.

Bad show. Replace this crew. Cartoonish people.
After watching for 35 minutes I'm out. I find ur techniques just wrong and offensive. Thumbs down 👎
after reading this...now I'll keep watching to see if I feel the same
What was the point of this show? This is the worst I've seen on NatGeo.
Youthful hip style nature documentaries aren't the best for this old naturalist.
🤮
