Hello mate. I've got a g booster and am looking to transform it. Id like to make mine go faster for offroad 40+ and extend the range when going to work at normal speed and was wondering what size battery, motors, controllers and compatible lcd display would be best to achieve this, are there any brands also that you feel would be good? Im aware it will cost but figured it would be a fun project building it for next summer thank you very much
Batteries are expensive and if you change the controller you'd have to match it with a display, tbh you'd be better off buying another scooter otherwise you might burn the motors up if you upgrade parts only,, sorry late reply thx
I have exactly the same problem with the front engine and sometimes it is reported at the rear. I have a video. I sent it to the seller and then it came. They said they shorted the cables there and that they insulated it, but that didn't help either
I'm sure it's too do with the new controllers and can't handle the power properly, mine only does it when setting off slow or going over a bump slowly,,, are you still happy with the scooter

Hi! noticed on an EUC forum about EUC laws and being pulled over that u have never been pulled over before. im from the UK too and just about an hour ago i was pulled over. They told me if they catch me again they will take it off me and crush it.... my new shiny v11. i dont know if thats true but anyways. Im 17 years old so my v11 is my only option of transport for speed and range. But i dont know if next time i either let them pull me over again or do i evade the police? whats the worst that can happen? im not having an expensive wheel i cant ride. Anyways just wanted to give you a heads up. Ive been riding wheels around my town for the past 3 years even past police and police have stopped me with smiles on their faces asking where to get one. But today was the first time it was hostile. Dont know if its because im young and appeared to have no safety other than a full face helmet (i have an armoured hoddie and leatt kneepads under jeans) or if its because he was being anal.
I've also got a v11 , I've got several wheels , been riding for 4 years and never had a problem , if I got stopped these days I'd just say I don't want to use public transport or this is the only exercise I get due to lock down ,I go everywhere on my wheel or scooter you'll always get that policeman saying something one day , we can't get insurance so we are stuck, just ride and be sensible around people that's all we can do , I've been past police today but I always look to see if they turn around but it was fine , some days I pass several police and I'm fine,, maybe because your younger they might have a different approach but you do have a full face so maybe not ,, , just ride and enjoy and hope your OK for another few years and hopefully they have changed the laws by then,,, just enjoy don't worry too much , you'll get your wheel back but you might get done for no insurance which we can get 👍👍👍 , be sensible where you ride etc that's all I can say👍 thanks
@@ElectricunicyclesUK Cheers, given a bit of a boost. The male and female officers both seemed aggressive towards me. especially the woman saying im going die. Even tho im more aware than most... doesnt make much sense. and with that stonky headlight im very visible lol.

Hi just curious do you know why my G booster isn't charging, just received it got given a European plug, when I used a uk plug the charging brick just remained green and didn't charge the scooter, have I done something wrong or do you recon its broken?
Well it's turned green so it has power to the charger ,, you could use a multimeter And put it on the end of the charge port of the charger to see if its outputting 54.6 volts , the battery isn't already full of it?, or it could be you have to open the deck and see if the wire has come loose to the charge port ,, there's 10 screws under the grip tape and while you've got the deck off just check ask wires are connected properly,, if it's none of them it will be faulty charger but it could be a simple fix if you just check wire to port👍👍👍 let us know Do you know anyone with a charger just to test there's on your kugoo?
Warm the grip tape up with a hairdryer and then peel it off slowly and it will stick back on after,, there's 3 screws down both sides and 2 at the back under grip tape and there's 2 at the from what joins to the stem ,,, let us know ,, fingers crossed 🤞
Hi I got hold of a voltage metre turns out there was no voltage at all, took the deck off there is no wires to the charge port how did they charge it in the factory is what I would like to know anyway they are intending to exchange the scooter.
Which wheel does it do it on? Is it only when going slow? I'm still waiting on a controller to see if gets any better but it still works fine ,I like the kugoo
good morning i have your same problem to my kugoo g-booster it makes a noise both front and rear just like the video .. can you confirm that the problem is the controllers ??
@@ElectricunicyclesUK my g-booster does exactly as in your video noise and power drop (almost stopped) you have solved by replacing the control units ????
Have had no problems apart from the cogging issue at really low speed going over a bump , it's OK if not trying to replicate the problem, , the kugoo is a brilliant wheel tbh , if you get the different display model it does do the noise thing👍

Should have one coming this week,, then I'll open the old one and see what's blown I might be able to fix it then
Seen a guy the other day, with front motor cogging, he showed a loose connection from controller to the motor

@@one-0-eight108 depends which display you have ,they are specific to the display , which has gone on yours front or back , do you live in UK
If you have ONLY swapped the 3 stator wires then the hall sensors are going to get very confused (you need to also swap the hall sensor connectors).
luckily it has no hall sensors mate
