- hi and welcome to my channel and electric personnel transport is my hobby ,
I own kingong 16x , gotway mten3 , inmotion V11, and a kugoo g-booster e-scooter,
I love electric unicycles and now getting into e-scooters that's the reason I bought the kugoo g-booster .
I've also owned a kinsong ks16s ( my fist wheel) gotway msx ,and a ninebot Z10 as you can see if you search my videos ,
the kingsong16x is probably my favourite wheel while the inmotion V11 is probably the smoothest wheel due to the added suspension,
the gotway mten3 is a fun wheel and you can spend hours on it doing absolutely nothing,
the kugoo g-booster is a dual motor 800w x2 and has peak power 1200w x2= 2400w peak power , the kugoo g-booster is plenty powerful especially for the price, I bought mine from www.manfirth.c...
they are UK based and very helpful

@@ElectricunicyclesUK Hey i found P05 setting what it is doing...changed it to 5 and after restart my power settings are 5 instead of the original 3...i will test how it drive and i will give you a word later...its nice to find these settings what they do because in Kugoo official site i dont see any information. 😆

Hi, I have no electric brake (recuperation/ regenerativ brake) on my booster. Could this problem caused by wrong setting of the controller? I already changed both controllers..

Nice one bro, informative,, I tried to use GPS and the speed approx. 50 to 55kms only. Not 99 kmph.
99 only means its unlocked to unlimited speed so the motor will only go the speed it can that's usually around 35-37mph👍

hi from Bulgaria.i ordered g booster and i will have it tomorrow.i want to ask is there some nice upgrades i can make to this scooter you can recomend? can you change the display with more fancy one?and most important can you tune the suspension? i am very light person and i think i will need softer suspension...can you change the batteries with more powerful? thanks for the information.i cant wait to have this machine.
You can change the brakes to hydraulic I would recommend, the display matches the controller it does a good job I'd leave that to,batteries are ok depends how many miles you want plus batteries are expensive, so you could change the brakes and wider handlebars not to wide out cakes maybe short , the suspension starts off harder and gets softer over time
@@ElectricunicyclesUK its second hand scooter with more then 1000km on the clock...it was showing 445km but i think its over 1000...the tires are worn..in the middle of the tire is almost flat...the front disc and caliper are bigger,but it doesnt work...its barely doing anything no matter how i try...i even adjusted the cable and again nothing happens...just this sound like ceramic brakes on sports cars and no deceleration...the rear stock brake is perfect..i do a lot of slides with it because its the only one i have...today i woke up early and disassembled the caliper because i have one more set of brake pads so i wanted to try...now it feels ok,but i need to test it on the road...i hope its going to work because the quality brake kit is 200euros and i need a helmet and good sturdy gloves because last night i was close to a accident..i should be more careful even when i buy a helmet and some light protection..i will go now to see some shops..what helmet you have?full bikers one,motocross/BMX helmet or the very small ones?i am not sure what to buy...maybe a motocross with googles..i like them so much
@@ElectricunicyclesUK thanks..i am riding it 3 full days and ive stopped for few times...2 quick charges (30-60min) and for 3 days i have 120km in this cold weather..its very cold here in Bulgaria,sofia...yeasterday i bought new tire because my front is old and i think was kept with very low pressure a long time and she is ruined..its bouncing a lot over 30 and over 45 its crazy...the problem is that i punctured the inner tire when i changed the outer new one..now i am out of busines...these tires are so hard to change
For some reason on my display the battery won’t stop flashing even though it’s fully charged

I have the pas assistant and some time when I ride the scoter have like an esp and break down to a speed and after that I can réengage the throttle but I need to break a lot have you any idea to désactivate this assistant ?

thanks for sharing .could you please help me identify the correct throttle for my g booster it came to me cheap as a non runner with a few different throttle display units .one shows error 2 (sticky throttle )iwould greatly appreciate your help
does any of the throttles work or are you wanting to buy a new one, the sticky throttle! are you sure you got space on the side and it's not touching anything I've done that and it gets stuck
@Euc rider Uk 2 dont seem to be compatible. and the one that says error code 2 (sticky throttle )seems fine its not sticking at all ,infact is very smooth .i will order a new one and hopefully thats all thats wrong with it .i suppose its worth a try
yeah throttles are pretty cheap if of thought I'd the pound are correct it would work

Hello, very good movie, for a few days I have also been the owner of a kugoo g booster with this display. Do you think it's worth changing some settings in the controller? how to unlock its full power. For now, I will be improving the factory, i.e. declining the platform and motors against water, I also read to separate the drivers so that they do not heat up so much, apparently you can use coolers for controllers.
I've put some foam between the controllers , my display is set to fill power by default you can increase the amps if needed but doesn't make to much difference, in just not riding mine in the wet just incase I had to clean my motor cause it got done rust on,, these are the setting I use on the video👍

@@ElectricunicyclesUK KERS = Kinetic Energy Recovery System when you driving e scooter... Better options is to turn off KERS....
@@leonee007 i thought that would be p11 [resistance setting] ,its set to 2 but im sure 0 is off ,ive played with it but nothing makes any differnce,i ont think it even has regen braking
@@ElectricunicyclesUK probably you have right about P11 settings.... Can testing like that, driving example 40 km/h and push off accelerator and if is free rolling then is turn off KERS....if fast slowing speed then is KERS on.... KERS also can burning controller in case if g-booster is fully charged and going downhill and all time braking, then power going back and battery is full....can go burn BMS or controller....so KERS is best to turn off.....
@@leonee007 I'll test it Monday its supposed to be nice weather ,p11 goes from 0-24 I've already tested it it doesn't seem to do anything ,I'll try it at higher speed next time
Hi mate, amazing video, I had to find who is the manufacturer of the lcd display in China to get the P settings description...
By my experience, allow me to make a suggestion, the number of magnets needs to be reduced from 30 to 27/28 to get accuracy on the speed with the GPS.
The LCD never goes off if you leave it at 0000.
I would like to know what you think about the LCD, me, I'm not so happy, you can not take the full potencial of the scooter.
I think the magnets should be left at 30 as they are 15 in each wheel and might affect the efficiency, if you want to match the accuracy with speed it would be better to change the diameter of the wheel to 9 ( have a test)
I like the lcd it's a bit confusing at first with the p settings , have you played with the amp setting it should make it more torque but will drain battery quicker and risk of controller if to high , why do you think it doesn't give full potential the kugoo is fast and pulls well ,,,, thanks for the extra info👍👍
@@ElectricunicyclesUK I agree with you, it pulls very well and it is fast enough, I really believe that the best deal if you have in concideration price/quality/performance.
But think with me and correct me please if I'm wrong, the battery can give you 54.6 v but lcd is limited to 48 (maybe the controller too but will not know) and you get 23 A from the battery and once again you are limited to 20 by the lcd.
The LCD was made for electric bycicles and after ajusted for our scooter. Don't take me wrong please, is not bad but the other lcd model, in my opinion is better.
I'm trying to find one of the others to buy, if you allow, I will let you know after.
@@heldersaragoca9932 23ahis in amp hours it's just the size of the battery the controller is good at 12 amp it will only give out the power the batteries can discharge at ,48v is still powerful no need to top it out , I'm uploading another video if you want to see how it handles on speed and hills👍

This video is helpful for me aswell, but why the suspension is so hard, when i drive it to work and back i can feel every irregularity om the pavement. is there any adjust that i can make so it can be softer?
I thought my suspension was hard but it does ease up after a bit , go down some curbs you'll know the suspension is working ,I have 50psi in the tyres and the overall feel is excellent , had the tyres at 60psi and I could feel every bump ,try a little less psi out of the front tyre at least👍
the suspension is not adjustable! torsion bar as on trailers see videos on youtube.deflate the tires for more flexibility.or weigh 120kg
Hie my bro would u help me as l am stuck.The kugoo g booster is showing an engine sign below the battery.If l try to press the throttle is not working .l don’t know what’s happening.Yuno when the car shows an engine warning light.Same thing
Check all the wires first sometimes they rub and might have split check the throttle cable wire first

The cruise control doesn't work on this controller just in case you have the same one ,,,,, you don't need it anyway tbh
and the power setting p08 to limit the speed to 25 km / h Belgian regulations ?they changed the software with this version?
I suppose there is a jumper inside the cabling which allows or not speed over 25kmh
@@525oneshot not inside, just the software. we know how to modify the value from 0 to 100% but it does not change anything in practice. program number 8.

Hello, thanks God I found you. I got Kugoo G Booster from ManFirth as well, exactly the same because I follow your controller settings so I can set up mine, exactly as mine. They told me is dual motor 1000W so this scooter should have 2000W. Is it it true or not?

Kugoo g-booster is 800w per wheel=1600w , unless they have updated them since I bought mine

It's the controllers you just have to get the right one,, the old controllers and display was best
Does this display fits to the older kugoo g?
It only fits the new controller which are not as good as the old ones keep your old 1

Iv now found the problem the controller case is cracked and dirt has got inside the throttle housing.
Cleaned and glued and the faults gone.
So definitly don't but a very used kugoo with 0km off this guy haha
It is a useful feature for when I buy my new battery,,, I won't be selling my kugoo it's a beast😊
