  • I am often asked to describe my average day - and sometimes what I actually do all day. And the short answer is that no two days are the same.
I recently decided to start a playlist on my UA-cam channel called Paul Bradbury on Location, documenting some of the places I visit and what I get up to, in order to show life in Croatia beyond the beach.
In this episode, starting from my temporary co-living home in Central Istria, i head south during the bura wind for my first keynote speech at a conference as the main speaker - thank you for your trust, Hrvatski Telekom.
A lovely stay at the hosting venue, Le Meridien Lav in Podstrana, as well as the chance to pay homage to one of England's finest - or was he Dalmatian? King Arthur, he of the Round Table.

i did not know that Arthur`s grave is here....well it is a nice legend if true. But i do know and that is confirmed that upon return to England from Jerusalem he was in Dubrovnik where he found shelter and in gratitude for that he sent chest full of coins which was used to build the cathedral in Dubrovnik. and if he was roman soldier born in Dalmatia province according to HDZ that makes him Dalmatian and Croat....lol...party proclaimed St.Jeronim as ours so by that de fault Arthur is also one of us.
i always look forward to watch your videos and in my opinion we should have you as minister of tourism. you Paul are just awesome!

I think it was richard the lionheart who financed the Dubrovnik church. re arthur, the stone sword monument on the beach is dedicated to him. the church is very cute

It is a restaurant called Nook - not sure if they still do, but they have excellent food, including curry, as well as quiz nights - open all year.
