I’m ticked off with the Best Buy works I’ve spoken to. I’ve spoke to 3 people that told me this laptop was a touch screen. I went to pick it up yesterday and set it up only to find that it isn’t at all a touch screen. It’s going back.

It is so slow and laggy. Literally unusable for me... chrome with multiple browsers open ONLY and it laggs like crazy
