The last G5 I ever heard from Roger was in 1981 in Tie your mother down live in montreal. After that I only heard him do for example an F5 in A Kind Of Magic but since 1982 He stopped with his high falsetto notes.
One of the indicators during the Magic tour of whether Freddie was in his best voice (for that time period) was whether he would sing the “naked to the eyes” part in a higher register, as he did here. (And as he did almost entirely through the Works tour.) IMHO, his best vocal night of the entire tour was here in Budapest.
