Guided self-reflection exercises for a 2024 year end review.
Fire ceremony to set intentions and build your vision for 2025. (All you need is a candle and small pieces of paper or toothpicks!)
Guided Theta Healing Meditation to heal and let go of what is no longer serving you.
We will be setting intentions, doing some healing work with our subconscious mind, leaving the old behind and celebrating the achievements!
A great opportunity to give yourself some me-time, self reflection and healing.

Hi, I'm Verónica!
