As a Leo sun with Aries rising I'm so excited for this year. Ready for lots of creativity and experimenting. We have an election coming up in Australia which should be interesting. Thanks for the great information ladies.

Thank you both for this insightful and well considered hour for the year ahead. As an Aries sun-Cancer rising I take from this that it'll be a "spicy" year. I'm armed with my antacids!

It would be interesting to know how you view another astrologer's take on the coming year, saying everything as we know it is about to fundamentally change. He's a renowned astrologer, been going since the late 1970s. Bit of a conspiracy theorist in some respects, but he reads the recent astrology and coming years as pivotal shifts for humanity whereby we are not all going to survive. A "reset" of sorts. Would love you two to do your take on that astrological stance.

Well, I think all astrologers would agree that 2025 is a massive, pivotal year of change (like 2020 but different), This is clearly marked. 2024 was already into this and was likely a watershed for climate change.
The conspiritualist notion that some of us are gonna die and some be saved is widespread in new age circles, and it brings with it a raft of quasi-religious beliefs: the saved and the unsaved etc. I am personally uncomfortable with this kind of prediction because it smacks of millennialism, the rapture, the clean and the unclean, othering etc.
There is another way, and that way is to see that we are one, not just with humanity but with the planet, nature etc, so once we co-operate and get into that flow, we can all survive and thrive.
However, I will bring your question up with Sally next time, since it is a good one.
