This is my problem with trying to start my fitness journey. You get idiots like that Tiktoker saying a pro trainer taught him some stupid trick that actually doesn't work. It's been impossible to find the correct information to better myself now and I haven't seen much improvements trying to do my best after a month now.
It does work though - just not in all possible ways. For many people short term pain relief is exactly what they need and all they need in order to reduce irritation and be able to move as normal. I get your point though - so much false information floating around, even if this one wasn't a perfect example. You'll get there, just keep at it, and find sources you trust. Good luck

Are there any specific tips for patellar tendon pain when the leg is fully extended or will it go away with this method too? (I have also typical patellar tendonitis pain when doing provocation test with bended knee)

I’ve tried a lot of things like this, and they have worked for solving other issues, but what does a person do for patellar tendonopathy below the kneecap that comes from osgoode-schlatters? I find it doesn’t bother me much at all when the joint is throughly warmed up. However it more so causes a 3-5/10 pain in day to day life at seemingly random intervals.
I have patellar tendinopathy since 6 months, which was also confirmed by an MRI. Unfortunately, isometric exercises cause excruciating pain for me the next day. I feel like it's just getting worse. I haven't been able to observe any short-term pain relief. Has anyone else had this experience?
Hello. I feel pain in my knee (like a shock) whenever I do a standing forward bend (toe reaches) or similar exercise (this is the only way I could recreate the pain. I tried many tests). I also feel pain whenever I run for more than 20min. Please, if you have any info about the possible diagnosis, share it with me. I've been doing bulgarian squats for a few weeks now bodyweight for now but when my left leg is extended back and squating with right. My left knee is very painful, feels almost like something is trying to crush my kneecap.

Yes , you should, its extremely important, i have patellar inflammation and i tought it was miniscus, you should do mri, and medical exam if already done, you should keep track of that by visiting your doctor and folow a rehab program
I was wondering if really 24 classes are enough to get to know in depth to start working on the technologies. I'd prefer paying for a course only if it dives deep. In these times it's becoming very common to charge extraordinary amount of money for tech courses (scaler, Crio, Edureka etc). Then there are real gems like iNeuron Java courses that go beyond the value they're charging. I just hope Harkirat delivers beyond the charged price in terms of depth in tech as well as open source job procedure thing.

I cant do the first exercise it hurts is it a sign of meniscus injury acl mcl or jumper knee anyone??? I can squat but can't do leg extention with weights without weight no problem
Why dont they ever squat for impact when they land. They just land pencil legged, like… yeah.. thats gonna cause some knee pain; the further your knee travels closer to the toes, as opposed to keeping knee on top of your ankles, the more strain you put on the patellar tendon. Use your muscles, reinforced by your skeleton, not your tendons.
Does that help with Osgood-Schlatter too? I've had that condition for 2 years now nd it's not any better tbh, most of the exercises online don't help much
