Real Madrid got its fame at the modern period was large down to the Galatico policy, just buy their way into success. This way tend to attract a lot of hatred. Whereas in Barcelona's case, their recent success relied on large chunks of self produced players. People often admire self reliance and with distinct Barca way of play is such pleasure to watch!

I’ve been one since 1999 and I can tell you from personal experience, I’ve had problems with other fans, I went into GameStop once in my home town and a guy in his late 30s or early 40s held he door for me, he was very friendly to me because I wore a Red Sox. He preceded to tell me he’s a patriots fan to which I replied. “Bleh I like the Eagles man”and his entire demeanor changed. He preceded to ask what was wrong with me, and told me “I’m not a Red Sox fan I’m a wannabe”. After I left him at that he continued to make comments at me while I was browsing inside the store and before he left he walked up and said “You know what, you might as well just give me that hat” while standing right in front of me fulling expecting me to be fearful enough to give it to him. YANKEES FOR LIFE we have had many World Series yeah but we also are one of the longest franchises so we've kind of had an advantage. Not to mention the countless ledgends. I have respect for every team but Yankees reign supreme in my book. But think of it, 1. All teams are professional which means they are better than everybody else 2. Anyone want to explain why the Cleveland Cavaliers are on as an honorable mention? For those that bash the Cavs, just a PSA, there are two types of fans out there: Those who are fans because they live in Cleveland and support all of the local teams like the Indians and Browns (myself included) and those who are just fans of LeBron James and will follow whichever team he is a part of. Bulk of the fans you find today if you go back in time 5-6 years ago were probably Miami Heat fans if you ask them the same question.

I’m a Red Sox fan. I’ve been one since 1999 and I can tell you from personal experience, I’ve had problems with other fans, I went into GameStop once in my home town and a guy in his late 30s or early 40s held he door for me, he was very friendly to me because I wore a Red Sox. He preceded to tell me he’s a patriots fan to which I replied. “Bleh I like the Eagles man”and his entire demeanor changed. He preceded to ask what was wrong with me, and told me “I’m not a Red Sox fan I’m a wannabe”. After I left him at that he continued to make comments at me while I was browsing inside the store and before he left he walked up and said “You know what, you might as well just give me that hat” while standing right in front of me fulling expecting me to be fearful enough to give it to him. (I didn’t by the way)

YANKEES FOR LIFE we have had many World Series yeah but we also are one of the longest franchises so we've kind of had an advantage. Not to mention the countless ledgends. I have respect for every team but Yankees reign supreme in my book. But think of it,

2. We haven't just had 27 World Series we went on a streak. The only decade we haven't won was in the 80's.

For those that bash the Cavs, just a PSA, there are two types of fans out there: Those who are fans because they live in Cleveland and support all of the local teams like the Indians and Browns (myself included) and those who are just fans of LeBron James and will follow whichever team he is a part of. Bulk of the fans you find today if you go back in time 5-6 years ago were probably Miami Heat fans if you ask them the same question.
