Ben & Erin are my favorite couple in home renovation. I think the big reason is they don't bring a lot of drama in their redo. When something comes up unexpectedly, they try very hard to fix it without destroying the budget of the folks. The visions they have for the home, always bring all the new homeowners visions to the mix and then some. Have a Blessed day

My father in law was an orthopedic doctor. When he would see anyone swinging their child like that, he would explain what they were doing to the child’s shoulder.

I used to work construction after I got discharged from the Navy until I had to stop due to my disabilities. I understand what they have to deal with when renovating these homes and how important it is. I've watched a lot of shows like this and it's easily the best I've ever seen. I've also had my left rotator cuff repaired and rebuilt so I know what Ben has faced and am glad that he's recovered so well and that they're family is doing so well. Thank you to all the Napiers and their other family members.
I really love these two. I have favorite episodes. Ms. Pearl, and of course. John Combs from.Costa Rica.
Unfortunately, John Combs died within a few months of moving into his renewed dream home. I was saddened and shocked that he didn’t really have much time to enjoy it.
My husband and I ..we were teenage sweetheart s ..reunited after spouses passed....tried to get on the show...!!! made. several trips to Laurel

It is a wonderful show, and I am happy you two are saving your children and limiting them on the show! Well, as a Grandpa, I am constantly trying to save my grandkids from all the new apps, cell phones, tablets! Oh my Lord, these people are taking my grandkids on the ride to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lov tuning into "Home Town" when I get a chance. Ben and Erin are charming and very family oriented. Their remodeling of homes in Laural Mississippi is always a wonderful journey.

Due to some difficult circumstances I have missed the show this last year. But to hear they are( or have been) in Sebring, FL……i am florida born and raised in Lakeland and have been in Sebring for the last 6 years taking care of my mother. i never missed an episode of HomeTown til last year but I will somehow catch up and stay current from now on….such a blessed couple. Wish there were many more wanting to go back to a towns roots rather than all the glitz and glam we see nowadays. Im sorry, but who needs a 10 or 20,000 square foot home for a regular family?
Love Love Love this show. I am in Aus and Foxtel had it on the home channel. I recorded every show for the seasons that we had available... Love Ben and Erin and their tradesman are top notch.

They care, & that makes up for a lot of other things! It’s so obvious how much they love their hometown and they’re honest about everything they do. They have such great taste too! One of the things that’s impressive to me is that they aren’t going to try to break you. They make me want to live in Laurel! They make it seem like Mayberry, where everyone in town knows each other. It sounds like the perfect place to make a home…
In and Aaron are truly angels with no sign of not loving everyone. I was watching the show with my wife and wanted to move to Laurel just to be around that spirit you are truly God sent. God bless you.

The Napiers arethe best thing on TV reno shows
I love old houses. I love their craftsmanship, their charm and millwork, porches, arches and attention to detail that newer homes lack. I love to see them restored and preserved. Ben and Erin have a lot of respect for these old homes and don’t strip them of their charm and style while trying to bring them back to their former glory. So many neighborhoods in America are being mowed to the ground and history disappears as the new construction takes over. I love that Ben and Erin value history and save so many of these wonderful homes. Besides being delightful people to watch, I love that they value the wholesomeness of their small town living and its slower pace of life. Neighbors know each other and know the value of community. The charm of the show is the preservation of the heart of America and a way of life that is rapidly disappearing. I also love the respect and tolerance towards others that’s displayed in their show. Laurel feels like a safe place to live because of how Ben and Erin introduce their neighbors and highlight their skills and contributions that knit this community together. It’s more than a fix-it show. It’s a comforting restoration of a bygone era when America was kinder, worked hard and valued simpler things. I love this show! Ben and Erin put Laurel on the map!

I know many who have had rotor cuff repair. Recovery is long and extensive.
Yes, I had it. Fell off my bike & tore the main tendon & 3 ligaments from the bone when I was 46. A very painful, slow recovery. All good now & I'm 63, but definitely some arthritis but not constant pain...just gnarly shoulder from 2 surgeries...lol.
I like the show too. I like watching the houses they rebuild it's great
I have watched Ben and Erin from the very beginning I just love this couple. They are so grounded, strong family values, take pride in their hometown always wanting to keep the history alive. I had a full thickness rotator cuff tear and the recovery from the repair takes a long time and a lot of PT. It's not something I would wish on anyone, so I know exactly what he went through.

Good question.
He did. Ben had to have rotator cuff surgery, which takes a long and painful recovery. That's why he hasn't been on the show.

My husband and I both love this show. I have never been disappointed at the end result. I truly hope they don’t over extend themselves or only start doing larger and more expensive properties like some others from HGTV have. Please stick with the small town and lower to moderate income families like you started with. Large whole community projects that benefit so many are great. I hope the projects stay balanced and not just for the wealthy. I would love for the show to continue for many seasons.

They have competition in Florida to begin with. We live near the people who have the show 100 day dream home and they’re building like crazy here. They also had applications come in so they chose Sebring Florida but I truly think some of it is the producers know they’ll be Competition with the only other HGTV that’s ever been here.

No one who watches the show knows you’re absolutely incorrect. They don’t flip homes. People buy a home & hire them to renovate it to their wa to & needs

Home Town has to be my most favourite show to watch. Ben and Erin are both so talented in their field of expertise. It’s also refreshing to watch a completely wholesome series. This couple give off vibes of everything a person could dream of for their own ever lasting love story.
