    @Revenge_Recall
    After my dad's funeral, when everyone was talking about who gets what from his money and stocks, my brother-in-law, who's married to my sister Kelly, suddenly said that all of it, including $5 million, should go to Kelly, the oldest sibling.

      My Advice is have a will dictating everything you plan to leave your belongings to!! I did my uncle's estate thinking my sister had talked to him about all his assets and seeing his will beforehand! He passes away ,So someone stole the will apparently. No will, no idea of the total of his assets. He did not have a lot of stuff . I spent 8 months tracking everything down . Finally was able to close the estate down 7 years and 3 months later! I would not wish what we went trough on anyone

    My parents divorced when my twin sister and I were 5. I have only seen our father 6 times since then. He remarried, and had a son 6 years later. He only started calling me about 5 years ago. We went to Reno to visit him, in an assisted living facility, and my half brother was SO HOSTILE to me. His ex-wife said he had a hard childhood, that our father was particularly hard on him, since Dad was military for life, and my half-brother was "soft". Our father died in March 2022, and this March, I received a letter from an attorney regarding the will, which named my half-brother the executor, and leaving me $1.00 from the $400K estate. I never expected to be in the will at all, he never gave us anything growing up, but to leave $1.00 is a slap in the face. Wish he had just forgot me in death like he did in life.

    We lost our only brother little over a year ago & we are now with the task to settle the inheritance. He had no will. There is quite an cash amount & a still in o peration a technology company. The courts have taken over.Now it's a matter of time. We are 3 sisters as next of kin. Why do people think they live for ever ? Make a will even if you don't have anything to leave ,but make a Will. It's a heartbreaking situation. And the fact is that my sisters & l don't want anything. We have everything we ever wantet & more .It's probably going down as a Charitable Organization.

    The AI is mispronouncing ! I would say that with the brother in law it was possibly attempted murder ! I won’t go in depth but my mother loved jewelry and frequently enjoyed her rings by looking at her hands. One of my siblings in addition to with holding medical care even took the diamonds off her fingers including the antique ring from her grandmother and replaced it with cheap costume jewelry ! More than disgusting ! 😮😮😮

    It used to be that way years ago here in US because women weren't allowed to own anything, it would go to the oldest son if they had one. No matter it always went to the old st son, nephew or male person not the wife or females. Not w you know why women want to be an equal. Life experiences.

    • @Canneveroverblue
      @Canneveroverblue Місяць тому

      Really, women want to be equal, well how dare they! It only went to the oldest son or male in certain religions, or if there was a will that stated such, otherwise it did and still does go to the wife and then children. I think a little google research or cracking a book might help you out.

    You have a computer reading this with a women's voice and saying she is the son and brother. How ridiculous, spend an extra dime and have the story read correctly. I guess I just hate the idea of computer/AI taking over jobs we can still do far better as humans. Although looking at the comments either no one noticed or when it was first posted they had a different voice. Too bad, good story line.
