i had experienced a very severe flatline after my last fall where i was about 350ish days of no fap, and voluntary celibate but it finally ended after a 250ish days streak. i suffer the rejection of no more true friends, and women resent me for not chasing them into a bed. other guys act superior to me- but i know that they dealing with their anxiety of being a coomer- no way to cheer them up, they call to unload trauma on me of failed tinder dates, or their 2nd wife is divorcing them, or their GF is angry and jealous because she caught them fapping, or the worse was my best friend kept complaining about ED from the meds an older woman he moved in with forced him to get on, im like bro for 1- you need to finally listen to my advice and stop fapping, for 2 your old woman uses you as her foot rest and she has very dirty feet and at least you still have your youth and health. i instructed another friend who practices martial arts, to practice monkmode and after he completed only 7 days, his longest streak, he became very arrogant- i told him that he would become more confident and stand up taller if he just stopped fapping every morning- he developed a permenant smirk on his face so proud of his 7 day streaks as he continued to smoke weed all day while smirking at drinkers- and started plotting to fight everyone to "clean up the streets" everyone was like, what happened to that dude- he used to be so "chill", im like sorry bros, i created a monster... im not better than anyone else tho because i indulge in drunkardness, but i continue to defeat the sorcery of psychadelics. i must defeat my over indulgence in alchohol soon, as i am already hungry for healthier food and less sugar which seems to be a natural reaction for me when i go on semen rententuon. but alcohol is still my vice that will take a lot more effort to conquer and it must be conquered because im having digestive issues- my biome is totally wrecked. i drink to deal with the pain of social isolation but i must connect with God again soon, as he was the best friend i had for a moment.
Just 3 days in I noticed I could lift more did 2 plates on the incline press and havnt been to the gym in a week or 2 but yesterday I surpassed my goals but this could be from taking a gym break hard to tell

Broski I had an attack on day 1. Like you said, the moment you even think about bettering your life you get attacked. It was a dream of a naked woman first, then the next thing I was bound by chains and I couldn’t speak or anything the only thing I could do was cry out to Jesus. When I got up I prayed against whatever spirit attacked me and the attacks subsided. It’s been relatively easy since then so my advice to anyone going through the same attacks would be to pray. Jesus said we must cast all our burdens unto Him and He will deliver us.

Started this November and vowed to go 30 days straight at the bare minimum. Coming closer to Christ has been one of most reflective things, I’m 22 and from Los Angeles specifically so it’s like dang I have so much life to live in terms of worldly conditioned desires up to this point ( smoking, drinking occasionally, having sex, eating certain foods etc.) but you’re right that is the hardest thing to do and to choose god is choosing yourself ultimately so it’s not supposed to be easy fr. Blessings bro, I’ve been on this journey couple times before and this has been the longest I’ve been on this retention, but now I’m trying to focus on my purpose rather than how good I’m doing on abstaining from sin. Past couple days I’ve been feeling so down lately and the devil has been constantly reminding me of my past and mistakes. I know it’s an attack from the enemy trying to get me to slip. Thank you for another gem. I am once again on my semen retention journey a couple days ago I went on my longest stretch which was about a week or more I didn’t keep count. But rather than beating myself up I asked Yah for forgiveness and he allowed me to get back up. My brothers to truly cast this sun out you have to run away from lust. There is no alternative. And trust me I’ve tried them all. My covenant with Yah is still there even though I have fallen. I catch myself more than I have ever have. Yah will always provide a way out. Don’t tune him out. I’m 22 years old and have a lifelong battle ahead of me, but with Yah at the helm I will be victorious. Again thank you Mark for your insight. I truly believe yah helped me find this channel 3 years ago to help strengthen my spirit. For the first time in my life I am reading the Bible. Currently I am on the third book Leviticus I believe and am excited for a lifelong journey of knowledge 🙏🏽

Appreciate you sharing this encouragement. I’ve been consistent in my times with God and it has been making a HUGE difference in this. I’m coming up to 3 weeks now but I’m feeling unstoppable by relying on God. And every single one of these points has honestly been SO true which is awesome too. Broski I had an attack on day 1. Like you said, the moment you even think about bettering your life you get attacked. It was a dream of a naked woman first, then the next thing I was bound by chains and I couldn’t speak or anything the only thing I could do was cry out to Jesus. When I got up I prayed against whatever spirit attacked me and the attacks subsided. It’s been relatively easy since then so my advice to anyone going through the same attacks would be to pray. Jesus said we must cast all our burdens unto Him and He will deliver us.

19:44 This. Heavily on #7. I often can’t even look at someone and say hi because I often get met with them looking away instantly. I also deal with men just showing me disrespect because I’m being myself. This also makes it very hard to make trustworthy friends and relationships that are mutually beneficial. The walk with God is not an easy one. But it is worth more than life itself.
Pray against the spirit of rejection. And maybe a victim spirit or ahab spirit. I can’t tell wich one of the last 2. I’d need more info. Not calling u a victim, but demons in others are targeting u as a victim bcuz u have a heavy anointing on u. I can tell. Bcuz I do. Ask for discernment in what you need to pray for and who u need to cut off

Started this November and vowed to go 30 days straight at the bare minimum. Coming closer to Christ has been one of most reflective things, I’m 22 and from Los Angeles specifically so it’s like dang I have so much life to live in terms of worldly conditioned desires up to this point ( smoking, drinking occasionally, having sex, eating certain foods etc.) but you’re right that is the hardest thing to do and to choose god is choosing yourself ultimately so it’s not supposed to be easy fr. Getting more confident in the idea of not appeasing to the world and my peers to maintain 3rd dimensional relationships continuing to sin ! Great video much love bro 🤞🏾💯
