I can't help but wonder if baby Hope's grunting after the 13 minute mark isn't because she realizes that she'll have to live through years of the tumultuous relationship between her mother and Stephanie. The poor kid is probably thinking "Oh, my God! Was I born into the conflict between these two crazy strong-willed women?"
This rehab made more sense. The way Bell rushed the Steffy pain pill addiction and rehab in the newer episodes hardly made any sense for how fast that story was rushed.
Agreed. They knew how to tell stories then. Both hope and steffie had issues with pills and its glossed over in what a week?
No rehab.
Hope did see a doctor at least.
@@songriver1232 hope didn't have an addiction problem, she had anxiety issues that she was over medication, she saw a therapist and dealt with the issues that were causing her anxiety.
@@shiningarmor8709 she had anxiety issues and was in therapy. But she was also mediating. Where she went wrong was not taking the advice of her doctor in regards to medication. And then went to amber to get mediation. She should have talked to her doctor about controlling anxiety with different mediation. Instead of needing immediate gratification and going to amber.
Well Bridget shouldn’t have never spoken to Brooke after what she did.

It is so chilling to hear Bridget say "And that you give her everything...Everything you weren't able to give me..." And to know that years later that poor baby had her mom have sex with HER boyfriend when SHE grew up! (Oliver). So Hope felt the same betrayal. Well, Deacon was husband status while Oliver was boyfriend status but STILL...!!! Crazy!!!

The look on bridget face when she was holding that baby is how I knew she will forgive brook,she already loved that kid,there was so much love and wonder while looking at her mom and the baby, I wonder what would have happened if Stephanie was not there to remind her she is supposed to be mad.
This is why they did the reveal this way. So Bridget could forgive Brooke. Baby or no baby I still wouldn’t have forgiven her.
Sorry, but in no way shape or form, should a mother be "forgiven" for their MOTHER having sex with her daughters HUSBAND. Its sick and perverted..... That's exactly what it is. Now hopes gotta worry today, that Brookes gonna snag Liam right up. Bad enough she screwed hopes FIRST LOVE, at a damn high school party, thinking it was her husband. This is a remarkable and touching episode of families.
Bridget was too easy on her Mother but really hard on Decon she should be really angry at both of them.
I don’t see it that way. I think it was always going to be more complicated and with more conflicting emotions because that’s her mother. Her mother betrayed her more than Deacon, but there’s more pain at having to push away your own mother then there would be some loser that never really loved you in the first place.
Brooke has always been forgiven too easily.
She sleeps with Hope's boyfriend too but no one cares since her and Oliver did not work out.

I like how Thorne was with Rick. He was a really good big brother here. Ridge was not a good sibling to none of his siblings, even down to Bridget. Ridge was too caught up in Ridge and Brooke. They should have shown more of these dynamics between the brothers over the years. No one was really there for Bridget except Stephanie. Eric was a sap as usual. Bridget forgave too damn easily. They must have switched up the writing because it was stupid how easily forgiven Brooke was. She really needed to suffer real consequences.
That's nice and all, Brooke. But you're still trifling. Yes Stefanie, I'm judging too.

It’s honestly insane that Bridget was able to forgive Brooke for having a baby with her husband. This is something that should have destroyed their relationship beyond repair.

This is my episode I cannot wait until they put the whole season on UA-cam Baby hope Logan was born Brooke made a mistake but so did Deacon don't put all the blame on her Bridgette blamed her mother for years when she knew what kind of a man Deacon was in Stephanie just wanted to come in between her daughter and her because her own children distance themselves from her😮

Stephanie was such a horrid, hateful, spiteful old witch! She wanted to make sure Bridget didn't forgive Brooke.
In this instance, I can barely blame Stephanie on this. It’s a soap so they can’t have everyone angry forever at everyone forever but Bridget would’ve been better off never speaking to her again. Especially when Brooke learned nothing a few years later.
I think Brooke is the witch here…Stephanie didn’t betray Bridget not did she force Bridget to feel betrayed..that was all on Brooke
