I had a dream last night, I was standing at a window in an old tower, in the dream I realised that there were no bars or glass to this window, I saw myself fly from the window. Today i felt free a lightness within me. Eventually some people don't get metaphors easily, so as an example, I can tell that I set myself free from the depression years ago, when I sat down to welcome it, rather than push it away. I looked deeply into the "eye" of depression, to see its true nature. What I realized after some minutes of meditation is that depression is just another door into the infinite. As we welcome it and open it by pulling it closer, it can reveal its true nature.

I have been suffering for more than 20 years because I have unforgiveness, it's hard for me to let it go cause it was unnecessary abuse done to me , I realize the threat is gone I MUST forgive this cruelty done to me so I can be free so that i can fully serve Para Brahman !
