When did you start breathing normally? I’m on week 3 and still can’t breath properly

I have lot of dryness and crusting inside nose, I feel heavy in my chest, not able to breathe better lot of congestion post 3 weeks.

Me too 3 weeks post op and still breathing through my mouth because i can't breath properly from my nose.. that's so bad cause I wake up many times at night because of mouth dryness

It was too big and slightly uneven. This one is still big bit suits her really good
