@@juanitotucupei Hakeem claim to fame was beating a 3rd year kid in Shaq in the 1995 finals. He was 22 Vs the best peak Hakeem ever..

      Game 1: Hakeem avg 31-6-7-2-4 on 50%
      Game 2: Shaq avg 33-12-7 on 55%

Shaq is a perfect example of how coaching is so important. He never respected his coaches in the 90’s because they didn’t come with championships and a real winning formula. In the 90’s he was a great player, but immediately when Phil Jackson showed up in 2000 Shaq took his game to a completely different level.

4:26 if a coach needs to instill confidence for you to be a great player, you’re in the wrong profession. The will to win and having confidence should have been at the high school or college level. The nba should just be the stage to show your talents, not train you to start to be good.

Why are people still arguing with Shaq about coaching. Hes not going to change his position. Shaq has been who he is for years, since he was a player. This cat didnt want to listen to Pat Riley. he defied him. He villified Stan Van Gundy. The only guy he ever liked was Phil Jackson and that was it. Shaq doesnt like people telling him what to do, and thats a coach's job, so. Phil was a great psychologist and prolly knew how to talk to him, theres a way u have to talk to Shaq to get him to do something.

If that were the case he shoulda won it all playing for the other coaches that weren’t HOF caliber the likes of Pat Riley and Phil Jackson. He’s like the father of all them and he just need to keep shack and Barkley away from each other half the time they don’t know the players, who’s in the game? It is their job to know each player do your homework man you getting paid for this and now you mad because TNT is no longer gonna be on TV concerning NBA games is your fault Barkley always calling people stupid shack is there to put people on TV for shacking a fool as oppose of making great comments on the game. Every big man can’t be you shack and you complain about the big man not doing what you did you can’t do what they do today game The big men are shooting threes.
