Anyone interested in this scooter should save/bookmark this video. It has far more information than comes with the product and the company does not presently have a live website. The printed brochure that comes with it does not explain a tiny fraction of what this video entails.
Actually its straight forward, and towards the end it will say how to operate, I agree there should be a better manual but that is how the company and others from Overseas goes about things

Hey I have question can u put the handle bars higher?
No they are non adjustable, 41 inches high max
Unfortunately, the handlebar height on the ECOROAD EC6 is not adjustable.

Nothings happening when i give it throttle do you have to charge it before using it? It says its nearly full battery

Are you placed in wha mode, person/walk mode , Eco, D, S, The scooter must be pushed and then the throttle, did you try that?
