    Great video, very helpful. I found that the included bolts were 10mm & 12mm (not 1/2"). Super easy install, and looks great! Thanks!

    Thanks for doing this video.... Just what I was looking for and wondering if the bracket will fit my Rivian R1T.. The length is the same.

    Have you experienced any rust from the brackets or hardware, and how are they holding up? Thanks

    Do you know of any that actually protect the whole rocker panel? Mine are so chipped up and its because the boards don't move in far enough

    Any update on durability? Thanks!

      Still holding up really well and looks great. no bends from stepping on it or signs of any wear or tear. This is aluminum so even if the paint is to be chipped off you don't have to worry about rust like other Mild steel construction running boards.

      @@YuriyMotso I had one set last winter here on the east coast and the brackets rusted and the aluminum started oxidizing and the paint bubbling and flaked off. I bought another set and will try them again with more rust check on the brackets and maybe a little wd40 or something on the aluminum for the winter

    Hi Yuriy. Do you find these slippery in the rain and snow?

    • @YuriyMotso
      @YuriyMotso  3 роки тому

      Hello Brian, I have not had an experience of slipping on these runners. No snow yet to confirm on how it is in snow. Im sure ice build up on any runners would not be very friendly. I asked my passengers as well and they have not noticed it ever being slippery when wet. My mom is 100lbs and uses the steps all the time and said because its never happened she doesn't think its ever been slippery. So should be pretty good in rain. If you have a very slick sole on your shoe then maybe it could slip I'm sure there is still a possibility but in general I holds up well.

      These are actually a lot better in person that you would think. looks OEM. But in the end you never get to see it anyways while you drive. LOL

      predator tube side steps are so UGLY!

    • @norcoredneck
      @norcoredneck 3 роки тому +1

      Predator steps hang down and lower ground clearance. My reasoning for researching steps is not for climbing in but rather knocking boots against to get snow/mud off before getting in.
