Is there any way for so that in the second part, the text seem parallel to the ground? Instead of appearing curved

What if I want the text to appear flat across the cone instead of curved?

I am trying to use emboss on Inventor 2019 but always says: "only planar, cilindrical or conical faces are supported..."
