I like the dress so much better now! It was too loud for me before but the black really changes it up. I really like the big square on the front. That print tunic has really pretty colors but it has weird proportions. I think it would make a cute swimsuit cover up or sarong. But I would definitely do something about those odd sleeves.
I'd make a skirt, like you did with the first dress you showed, or flip it over, rotate it, (bottom became top) and make it into a tank top with ruffles.
I always want to learn more ideas on how to make a smaller item out of a large item. I think that just making this into a shirt of common proportions that can be worn would be nice. It looks like a light denim would go well with it. Or what if you cut it up and make patchwork all out of the same fabric?

I'm so glad you liked the dress and it is light weight enough to be used as a swim suit cover up.
A vest!
The dress is beautiful and so much more wearable than before. I love it!
the print dress is awesome! a 5 star remake!
Sherry, the dress you made is darling.

cut in half.. make a tank ish top. make a skirt bottom.. a set!
The dress is very pretty. I have a dress that is similar and I don’t like. Thank you for the idea.
Thank you and I'm so glad I blessed you!
Very cute upcycled dress!!❤
Thank you! 😊

Cute dress and I have no ideas at all for this weeks fabric.
Very pretty for fall
I love your use of cute patches
Thank you! 😊
Make a night gown out of it. Or, turn it into a Boho dress.
Great ideas! Thank you!
Love it!!
I would make it into a sun dress for a child with another color for base dress and use the blouse for pockets and stripes. And patches.
Awesome! Those are great ideas!
Cute!
Maybe add some solid color short sleeves and patch pockets

Those are all good ideas. Thank you so much for sharing them with me.
That’s so pretty!
I would remove the sleeves since they're rather strange
I'd cut under the arms and put elastic in, make a skirt
My first thought was turn it into a tank top??
Wow…I dislike that print….and colors…that’s a tough one…
Maybe braided placemats using your sewing technique…
