Besides the cure time, is there a significant or important difference between the artist and fast cure epoxy from Flynn Sisters?

Do we have to use mod podge? Can we use glitter glue for all layers?

You can totally use glitter glue for all the layers! Just make sure you let it fully dry for 2 hours in between layers.
