STABILITY/SWISS BALL FULL BODY FAT BURN STRENGTH CIRCUIT - STRENGTH SERIES

  • This stability ball workout is a fat burn strength circuit. Stability balls are one of my favourite ways to train as you have to engage multiple muscle groups to keep the ball still and under control so is a very effective way to build strength.

    Each exercise I perform is listed below and is for 40 seconds on with a 10 second rest and the circuit is repeated four times;
    1. Hip Raise with Leg Curl
    2. Y-Raise
    3. Decline Push-Ups
    4. Ab Roll-Out
    5. Forearm Plank
