Her hair is naturally curly she just needs to learn how the take care of it. I really want to see the glow up to be honest because she should have thick beautiful curls. When you brush it are you brushing it from the ends and slowly working your way up? What kind of brush are you using? Hair care routine, Leave in conditioner etc? It looks like yheres been a bit of breakage from brushing, if your is still like this I would cut it to the red line on your t-shirt and really work on hydrating and letting your natural curl texture come back, heatless curls would be a good place to start
