Easy Spanish Bread Recipe | Frau Home Baker

Very tasty, soft and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
DOUGH
3 cups Bread flour
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 active dry yeast
1 large Egg
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup hot water (i used this because my milk was very cold, you can just use warm water if your milk is on room temperature)
40 grams butter
40 grams vegetable shortening
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
FILLING
10 tbsp breadcrumbs
4 tbsp dark brown sugar (add more if you want it sweeter)
4 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
(Note that I only made half of this on the video because I only used half of the dough. These are the right measurements for the whole dough mixture)
Extras:
For yeast proofing
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp flour
For kneading the dough and oiling the bowl:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
