How do you think how many classes do you need to learn this dance to use it at the events (weddings, for example or other parties)?
I have worked out a special course for adult busy people - lezginka within 10 classes. So, think.

I chanced up on a Berezka dance reel on Instagram. I have never seen or even heard of such a dance form being in existence. The troupe performing this art appear to float like waterdrops on lotus leaf. So mesmerizing and perfect is their footwork, there is barely a quiver or tremble on the upper body. Now I can be in peace having seen how they do it. A big heart from an Indian viewer. Berezka is my new muse
Berezca and lezginka are different dances
@@GayanaMuradi13 Oh is it. I apologize for for my confusion. I am new to Russian art forms and hope to be more aware of their distinctions. But I love the foot work that is being taught in this video. Thanks for the awareness.
Those in those red dresses?
@@yeetidk285 yes I also came here to search for them after watching that reel😅
They say Kathryn Kuhlman moved like this
As many comments noted I stumbled upon this dance on Instagram, now as a goth girl I was fascinated they looked so spooky and beautiful truly fascinating. I needed to learn this and I can tell English isn’t her first language, neither is mine, but that was such a clear explanation! Thank you random stranger off the internet! Amazing explanation and execution! Now if y’all can excuse me, I’m gonna go try this super cool dance I just learned!
Impeccable English! Very helpful to understand how the women are dancing in the videos.
thank you
wow!!!! I have seen many different kinds of dance in my life, but this one is truly remarkable. What sweetness, support, delicacy and grace have the dancers who dance it. Magnificent, absolutely beautiful in the whole word. Bravo!!🤗🥰👏👏👏🇨🇦
listening so intently I was nodding my head (like she could see me lol) when she said "now don't do it like this" lol. Great teacher👍
The steps are to prevent any bounce. You shorten the distance of the step to prevent any dip in height, this shorter the steps the more likely you'll prevent a height change. Staying on your toes also further prevents this.
Finally, a female version! I’m trying to learn this dance for my Russian class!! Is there any chance I could send you a video of my dance and get feedback?
you can write all questions in fb, messenger
Lezginka is not a russian dance! It belongs to the peoples of north caucasus!
Thank you so much! So helpful! I just came across this listening to lezginka songs and now I can do a basic dance too!
welcome)
Una delle danze più belle che mi sia mai capitato di vedere! Una magia!❤
So clean. So graceful. Unlike twerking and vulgarity in modern dances

I love her voice so much
Beautiful instructions, with great English !
saw this dance in a movie called The Kingsman, so I needed to check it out how its done haha
The movements are so graceful
Simplemente majestuoso..
What do you do to keep your head so still? When you walked in a circle, I could see you were on your toes, but is there anything else?
if I understand you correctly, the thing is to keep back, hips, legs also... tensed
@@GayanaMuradi13 oh my gosh! Thank you for responding! 💚
Thanks. Seen something new today.
Thanks for the lesson 😁👍🏻
Thank you very much 🧡🥰🧡🥰🧡
What's the song name played at the end?
Thanks for the beautiful dance class
welcome
I’m also here from instagram 😂
When does the women can’t dance the men dance? In which situations?
It depends on a situation and company of people. If you are in Chechenya, it is better not to dance men's style. Well, if the company is very religious, strict and so on. If you are at the restaurant in Moscow, LA, in a big modern city, and there are different people (not religious) you can dance in a different way.
Easy way huh?
The movements actually feel quite natural for me for some reason. Don't think I look as pretty so I'll keep practicing this. Work out on those calf's my goodness.
I finally found the girls in all those stupid car shorts. It took me like three days.
Beautiful. Bravo. I will try for exercise
Brilliant thank you so much please make more in English pretty please

I don´t remember the name. It is lezginka remix. write me your email. I will try to send
This doesn't look like the same Russian dance. I can see the head and shoulders going with the steps.
Caucasian dance not belong etnich russian
In the words of Pennywise with a Chris Rock voice “time to float”
She showed little steps and when she did it it was. Totaly different 😐
no it literally wasnt, she showed wut to do with your hands, feet, and then showed how to do it with music.
