@samanosuke1709 There is no best martial art. But Vovinam Viet Vo Dao is indeed very effective!! I can recognize a lot of techniques in Shotokan Karate and Shaolin Kempo. :) I would definitely love to come train there!
@N3ppyZ of course, I love Vovinam but there are a lot of good martial arts..o course, for me is the best becase I like and I choose it..but all the martial arts are good!

I've been wanting to train in Vovinam, but there isn't a Vovinam teacher where I live and my parents want me to stick to Taekwondo.
