Honestly rarely anyone plays at highest setting, a lot of them cripple the performance and you gain nothing, so in my view this card is more than budget

You have to check if it says that is compatible with PCIe 4. If it is, go ahead (if your motherboard doesn’t have a heat sink in it, consider getting the heat sink version)
@EEEEEEEEEEE U can only feel 144hz if ur at or over 144fps. Lets just say in a game he gets a average of 150 with an I5. The I3 will cause him to lose to 144hz feeling. But yes 20 fps loss is not that huge if your running like 200 fps on an I5 with a 144hz monitor.

That TD300 Mesh looks like a perfect case for me. Great airflow, small, compact but still it can fit a mATX board and almost any GPU
It’s a really good case but I can seem to find it at a price near 70$. All the sites I look at range from 100-120
