If Sammy whi just turned 27 lives up to his upside, JJ is going if he wants to and I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves for more draft picks. Unlike the general thinking, sam is the bidge QB (half empty) it;s more like it's Sam's job to lose and JJ is insurance (Half full). I smell SB for Vikes and I expect them to be as dynamic as SF with Sammy and Co. Note, Jones is good to great but the O'connell is going to expose Sammy's athleticism with running and throwing prowess. Shanny had CMC so running was never going to be an option for Sammy. Purdy was a better fit. Less likely to break the planned scheme if it isn't natural to run. O'connell doesn't have CMC but Jones and Sammy together make-up for it with all other things being equal. The difference is Sammy's arm talent. Can't wait!

Listen. When our QB's hear what play O'Connell wants them to run. They only have enough time on the play clock to either 1. Run the play 2. Take a delay of game 3. Call a time out which you never see Vikings QBs do. They have no freedom to audible and disect defenses with man in motions etc. SYSTEMS QB Offense. Mahomes, josh allen, Joe burrows, Rodgers. They are allowerd to command there offense and improvise thats the difference between elite teams.

Probably last in the division and being that they have no picks in the next draft nothing is changing anytime soon. FAs won't fix the QB play either. Sam Darnold has never thrown for 20 TDs nor had a QBR of 100 ever. Captain Handoff is going to need serious work too if he's ever going to be ready. Good Luck though.
Why did you even comment? You obviously don't know shit about the NFL or the Vikings. The Vikings still have their 1st rounder next year. There is other unconventional ways of getting great players. Look at Ivan Pace Jr for an example. It's kinda funny people are discounting the fact that both Kenny Pickett and Caleb Williams best college season came when Addison was their number 1. Just keep overlooking the obvious.
