Growing up in Zambia I always had a dream of going to K-Star Legacy to train and when I finally went it was everything I ever wanted and more... The boys (and Tasha) are sick to spar, super helpful and stand up people I would highly recommend this Gym to anyone in the Birmingham Area

I feel this how sparing SHOULD be. You don’t need to smash each others heads to “learn to spar”
Sure when you are learning you should know what it’s like to take a shot.
But as you get more experienced, just 50% sparing is really all that’s needed.
As long as you crush everything else. Crush the pads, smash the bag, hard sprints. But hard sparing isn’t needed.
Save your brain for the ring so you can have a longer career 🙏🏼
