not really, if he goes near a port, the FPS tanks so much, my average fps in this game is 180-190 fps in islands and so on, on ports it can go as low as 57fps.
@@xToxicfir3xyeah, the worst one is the ancient gold fort, you know the flora rich fort? Or was it the royal crest fort? Anyways I've seen it dip down to 34fps, just yesterday did it for the sups and saw the console like experience even 60fps looked Hella smooth and that's coming from a guy who says "60 FPS looks kinda laggy" that's because I'm a spoiled brat of the the high refresh-rate monitors.
@curedanxiety1679 The fluctuation just kills my eyes like during ship fights in open water it's fine but the moment I glance near any npc or island area it's a dizzy mess
People are not fully seating the power adapter in the vast majority of those cases...it feels like it's all the way in, then they cable-manage it to their PSU and it pulls out a bit = fried...they've done testing and concluding that is what is mostly going on, or people get debris inside the connector. Avoid those two things and you should be fine.
If this system would have a 13900K not only would it pull more power it will also thermal throttle, talk all you want boys but the 13900k is like this "get 90% of the performance but pay 100% of the price".
Lol brand new super CPU still bottle necks the GPU in this game even at 4k! . I run 3200 mhz 32gb DDR4 with Z490 mobo 10900k and RTX4080 on 5120X1440P monitor, i get anywhere from 140 to 240 FPS. I while playing. In COD 10900K pins the 4080 to 98-99% usage giving me arouns 120-160 FPS depending on what im looking at or doing.
I am running this game with 4090 RTX - 16gb DDR4 2666mhz - i7-7800x - 1440p - but I am not getting near as much FPS as you do. Is it because of my ram and CPU don't work well with the 4090? Thank you!
first things first 4090 rtx is a 4k card you are cpu bound on that 1440p screen of yours...and that ram too slow....and well lets not talk about that old ass cpu you have... you are a fine example of someone who thinks gpu is the only thing that matters in a pc...
@@NokoriTWC I have saved up money in a seperat bank account that I have named Future Computer ever since I bought my first computer and put in small amout of money in it every month and after a few years it adds up :) I bought my first computer in june 2017 - I put 75 dollars in it every month til now. 65 months + 75 dollars = 4875 dollars + I got some extra because of the interest from the bank after having it in there for years. I hope this helps if you wanna save up slow and steady :)
hit thumbs up so I can afford more gpus to test
Finally. Been waiting for a benchmark for SoT.
I forgot how beautiful this game was even on one x
12:10 ayeeee you are double gunning 💪
Holy cow, 240 fps on 4K Max settings
This water is insane 😳
Can you try putting resolution scaling to 250? thanks!
Another game that would run even at native 8k 60 fps 🙂

@@curedanxiety1679 yeah islands and posts go from 300 to 60 so annoying

CPU bottleneck
Geez this card is really amazing
Is it really that much better?
why you dont put resolution too 250?
I need to play this again but on pc
even on the highest settings, lanterns/torches/fires still don't cast dynamic shadows. pretty lame if you ask me. but great video!
Bro I want Rare to bring a new update for graphical settings to bring those dynamic shadows and resolution
While a Series X/2080ti can run this game at locked 4k60 4090 could possibly do 8K60
Best benchmarker
great looking game, a real shame about the amount of stuttering
hi pal, have you heard about the 4090 power adaptar issues?what do you think?
sucks
