Also this game had something interesting when I played it, that it lets you choose between 2 COM opponents at 60fps or 5 COM opponents but 30fps
I would be perfectly fine with more companies doing that tbh, assuming making a new PC port isn’t possible. So many games from that era are just completely lost to time since they can’t be bought any more and were never rereleased on anything else.
@@karelpipa There are plenty of options available to run the pc version of motorhead on a new pc. There are some minor glitches maybe and multiplayer only works through a vpn, but it would be an infinitely better decision to ship that one instead of the playstation one.
@@karelpipa Mine work great on Windows 10, my SEGA PC CD games from 1995 and up, Metal Gear Solid on PC CD from 1996/7, all of them work fine on it. I can't make them run on Linux, but Windows 10 does it flawlessly.
Wow this game has a lot of fictional or non-licenced cars. But Gran Turismo for PS1 has licensed cars but with generic liveries as they don't have the budget to license the real race cars..
I just bought the game (disc only) on eBay at a cheap price. I only needed the disc, because I planned on storing it in a CD wallet for space. Also because jewel cases suck!
Had it on pc. Very Bland game that really wsnt bad but not good at anything. No drifting like in Ridge Racer, Not much content like in Gran Turismo, No Futuristic Battles like in Wipeout.
@@Victor_2000s Read that again. if this game had a whole 365 days on the market before GT was born, it would get sold much better. Not beter than NFS though.

One of the few good PS1 traditional car racers that isn't NFS, TOCA or Gran Turismo
I remember others like Ford Racing for example, very simple Gran Turismo clone but very fun driving

For some reason, Motorhead released on Steam was actually PSX version emulated, rather than actual PC version
PC games from that era tend to not work easily on new systems. PS1 versions are easily emulated for 20 year though :)

@@theblah12 Its possible, a lot of fans fixed the old 90s NFS games to work in modern PCs using patches.

Look how huge the jump from ps1 to ps2 in term of graphics. Even with x8 upscale on ps1, ps2 native resolution still looks far better
