Things I like: solar panel included, great storage, instrument panel, shower, floor plan, bunk beds, booth dinette. Things I don't like: small TVs, small toilets, toilet paper holder position, washer and dryer low for older people.
I'm all for you taking the time necessary to fully review each motorhome. I'm actively shopping for our next RV and I haven't seen any other RV salespeople online being open about a unit's downfalls. You make it so much easier to determine what RVs are worth the drive to go see. Thank you.
For a large family like ours I LOVE this setup! We'll soon have 7 kids and it's incredibly hard to find an RV that will actually sleep and comfortably seat a family our size. This motor home is amazing!!!! I love it!! For a more affordable, smaller alternative, check out the 2020 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 35RB. It also has a rear bunk room, but you can access it through a side hallway without going through the master bedroom!
Yep, I'm onboard with checking out this model too. Just weary on it not being on raised rails. I think when I do it again, I have to do it right. Not that I need to store that much stuff. Just want to have the option too :-P. Also doesn't have a ladder. Guess I could tow a RAM 1500 and throw some stuff in the back of that.

Love your videos. I do disagree with you on one thing and that is that is that the bunks are only for sometime use not perfect for someone who would use the bunks full time. I think its the perfect rig for a family who would use the bunks every time you go out. The kids end up with the own room essentially and you still have access to the whole coach including the half bath. Also by moving the bunk to the rear you end up with so much space. Its the white whale of Bunkhouses because its impossible to find a used one and nobody has then in stock new.
Another great review Matt. I like the addition of your wife Andrea. 👍🏼 As you mention great out-of-the-box thinking on the bunk space. I like the idea of the two piece ladder. It’s not a big thing but I think it is a good compromise between having one and still having a look of a upper and motorhome. Lastly I don’t mind having longer videos if the content supports it. 👌🏼
Matt I think the videos being in the 20-30 minute range is great. The more room, storage, cabinets & features a motor home has the more we want to see it. A 30 minute video on a class c van motor home might be overkill.
Thank you for all the time you and your wife put into these videos. I will watch a short or long video. Your insight is valuable for a person planning for retirement and travel. Thank you, sincerely, very much for your reviews! Keep up the energy and the humor! Love this UA-cam information and entertainment page!!
Fleetwood are great bang for the buck, relatively speaking. However, they do have exposed water lines when the slides are out so not conducive for any camping in cold temps. Wish FW would fix this issue since it has been an issue for years now.
Always love bunks, not a fan of walking through adult room to get to a kid zone. Or kids stuck on the other side of bathroom if someone is taking a shower. The living zone is amazing. Love the fridge and stove. Love the couch.
The bunk area seems like an after thought. So if Im trying to get an early start on my day with a shower (or just even using the rest room in general), I have to worry about the kids being able to easily creep in if they are just waking up. Also, no entertainment in the bunk area is a minus as well. You are right this is definitely not a full time full family coach. Kids will most likely want to sleep upfront where the TVs are.
Ok #1 Like - Matt and Andrea #2 Floor is so easy to clean and heated #3 Bunk is flexible Dislikes #1 - length #2 - limited width space for toilet #3 - Bedroom is busy
Yeah I like the length of your reviews. Very informative. Your knowledgeable as well as entertaining. Hopefully in the near future my wife and I will be going into the rv life, I will be looking you up for a possible purchase.
There's a problem with the bunk beds. If someone is using the bunks, they are trapped in there if someone is using the bathroom at the same time. Get rid of the bunks, turn that into a closet, allowing that wall with the toilet paper holder to be moved to the rear a few inches, give a little more room by the toilet. Another problem I see is that the top pull out drawer in the kitchen, above and to the right of the sink, makes it hard to remove items from it. It appears deeper than the distance to the ceiling. This top pull out drawer should just be a shelf. Other than those items, this is an awesome rig. As far as length of the video, it can be shortened up a bit with editing.
Thanks so much Jim! Just an FYI I am doing a live Q&A tomorrow at 8pm! Click Here to set a reminder! ua-cam.com/video/b5P1PPi5Vmk/v-deo.html I would love to see you there!
Matt, GREAT Video! The amount of detail that you went into was PERFECT. The length was PERFECT. Currently I have a 40g that I purchased from General RV in Ashland/Richmond. Based upon our experience the next RV will also be purchased from General. The top 3-likes 1-Freightliner Chasis (btw if equipped if you call their help line they will walk you through how to set the dash gauges to your preferences) 2-REV group/Fleetwood have been awesome at answering questions 3-General RV-I hear horror stories about interactions with other dealers on the sales and service ends. Top 3 things that I don’t like 1-It seems as if an engineer ,who has never been camping for an extended period of time , camp up with this layout (bunk beds in the rear, tight toilets, washer and dryer under a cabinet in the master bedroom 2-The slide tray with 1-Cooler/freezer...what a waste of space 3-The controls for everything seem to be placed haphazardly around the RV instead of in one central location.
Love the length of your videos. Someone really needs to want to spend money to buy this. Most of ours have been in the drive more than on the road. Dislikes: 1. too large 2. diesel 3. bunkbed area is ridiculous. Likes: Not applicable...would never consider the purchase. You buy a monster like this and the outside must be maintained. At 74, I will not be doing that chore for 44'. You do make RV reviews fun, though!!
Thanks Matt & Andrea ! I like the spaciousness in the living area and the over cab bunk. I dislike the cabinet color, the booth dinette is not on the same side as the theater seats (only the two in the chairs can watch TV) and the location of the bunk room (so the grand kids have to go through the master bedroom and then go through the master bath to get to their bunks ?!?! What ?!) Thanks y'all and great videos ! I don't mind the longer videos if there is more info to cover.
Great video, Andrea I LOVE the little walkthrough you did before Matt walked in. I like the length of the videos bc you go in to such detail. I do think you could do a little editing to reduce the time like cut the parts where you are climbing, or bending under the slides, and the time where you are deciding what you like/don't, It can shave three to five minutes
It's a bargain still need to win at least 1 lottery. Love the large freeze with the fridge. Like the televator tv nice to sometimes just look out of a big window.the closet bunk beds are Perfect.A manual switch is a must for everything nothing like losing your remote.
Matt, by the way, we will be picking up our third coach this Wednesday from General RV's, Clarkston MI. location 2020 Holiday Rambler 35K, with the new kitchen design long and low window. We love all the new standard features,
I live the in depth so the longer and more detailed the better. I’m new to this community and still not have one but it helps me decide what I like and don’t like
Long videos are great. More details. If I want to get the short and sweet version I skip around. Your format is so routine that I know what part of the video to fast forward to....great job matt
Keep the videos as is, you go through everything. Also, as a larger guy, the toilet area tests are great! We just started doing research on Class A"s and really enjoy you reviews as they give so much insght. Thank you for what you do!!!
I don't care about the length I love the detail you give the videos and your opinions because sometimes I don't think about those things until you mention it. Your videos are not useless chatter there is substance to it.
When my wife and I started looking at nice coaches we became so confused with most everything about them. And we have had a smaller coach before we finally purchased our used 2013 ForeTravel coach. But it helps having a son that is an engineer to help us. These coaches for the most part look really nice on the inside “but” it’s really underneath it all that matters first than the pretty things. We finally purchased our used ForeTravel with 2,800 miles on it for less that the one you showed about $80,000 less. Ok this doesn’t have a steerable tag axle does it? It have 3 AC units ours has 5 plus a basement AC Heat pump unit. I don’t like that this one doesn’t have matching slide sides to match the paint theme. The toilet paper holder is just one example that the manufacturer fell really short on this unit and if they can’t get a paper holder right what else. If your going to purchase a motor coach be ready to have it in for repairs such as things that come lose or don’t fit the way they should. I am not a fan of the freight liner chassis either and the engine size I think you mentioned 400hp is just ok. But I sure wouldn’t tow 15,000 pounds with it. Yes she sure is pretty but so is a very low mileage better brand used coach that will go 200,000 miles without a hiccup. You let someone else lose their bum on a new coach and this one when it’s a year old will drop like a bomb. My wife and I aren’t rich but having sold our company in Michigan our home and boat and our ages being a bit above 65 we hit the road 2 years ago. The steerable rear tag axle is a must unless you like replaces tag tires every so often. Many people that are interim purchasing a coach don’t realize just how many fantastic deals they are out there and some think a brand new one is the way to go. To each their own live and learn like we did previously. Me more thing a good brand coach most of the time an extended warranty is tossed in or at a very reasonable price that is better than a brand new one is. Matt your wife is doing an excellent job and I realize Motor coaches have many more things to cover. So your videos are going to average out time wise. Just keep up the very nice job and your channel with keep on growing like it has been.
I would not disagree with you at all, when it comes to buying a unit that is a few years old. I will only ever purchase a used unit. Most of the folks that I have meet over the past few years, that is there biggest complaint about the new unit. Spends a lot of time in the shop having repairs accomplished. My plan is not to buy a unit so I can drive it back and forth to the RV repair shop.
Matt, don't shorten your videos. I agree with your 3 dislikes (tp holder location, awning button, remote for bed)I like remotes but a wall switch should always be available and easily accessible. I like the kitchen, I prefer cooking with gas. Sofas are nice and look comfy. I like great Freightliner chassis, diesel pusher, 3 ACs, solar ready, dual rear axles.
I don't mind the videos being longer, I love that you show all the details. Way out of our price range though and too big for what we would like. Still hoping you get the chance to review the 2020 Coachmen Pursuit 27XPS. :)
1. I hate that there is no skirt hiding the forward step. You have a run of white interrupted by the dark step cutout then white to the front bumper. Looks odd. 2. I hate the passenger side slide. It covers up the storage bays. 3. Yes...I hate the TP holder. 1. I like the digital dash 2. I like the bunk room 3. I like the raised forward cap. Keep up the good work!
Don’t mind the length you’re guiding me through the RV not just gabby. I’ve encountered that same toilet paper situation in higher end hotel bathrooms.
Not a fan of the entry by the front passenger seat, I prefer when to door is behind so there can be a nice desk/table. That weird shaped light design on the ceiling is a big no for me. And for that price point that is in no way adequate kitchen counter space. I do like the outside storage and cooler fridge, and I like that it has 1.5 baths and that shower is FANTASTIC! And Fleetwood, raise those TP holders, that's crazy! Great video as always!👍
I love your honesty in your reviews. I like the longer videos....no need to shorten them. 1 like: you can make do in the bathroom, sorry, but it cracked me up 😉 1 dislike: I'm too poor to afford that 😁
I agree with your top 3s for sure. We love watching your videos. On this model I loved the small things that make it so comfortable like cupholders, computer platforms, TV at eye level instead of 95% of all RVs everywhere. I love a farmhouse sink though have not seen this one before, made to look like a farmhouse but split - is there a name for this hybrid style? Also unique is the cover for the induction top - cool. Not saying these things are priority over quality and structure, but like you, I shake my head at the TP holder thing. We are considering our first purchase and would find it very helpful if you pointed out things that make a feature or coach especially good or bad for full-time living, if that comes up. 25 min videos are great, for hour you better be super entertaining lol. We look forward to your uploads. Thanks
Love your reviews. Don’t worry about time, the content is great and it will dictate the time. Nobody watching these reviews is under a time crunch. Lol. Keep up the great work man!
Love the all glass shower! I can watch my kids sleeping and my husband taking a crap at the same time. ;-) Make the videos as long as you need to cover everything.
Having a tag axle isn't dependent on length although true it's mostly over 40'. Tags do not allow a better turning radius, just the opposite. They are either steerable, which you said it isn't, or they lift which gives you a better turning radius. The Aqua Hot isn't propane, it burns diesel from the main tank. Typically it's for on demand hot water, whole coach heat (furnace) basement bay heating, and maybe engine preheat.

number 1 dont like the over head bed above the driver seats number 2 dont like the bunk beds in the back bathroom number 3 the price --------- number 1 i like the outside color--2 the floor tile--3 the horn GOT TO LOVE THAT HORN THUMBS UP MATT u did a great job
Wow that’s one gorgeous coach. Not much to dislike. Loved that shower, the bunk house is the best I’ve seen and the design is awesome. The toilet paper holder though!!! Lol Why 🤦🏻♀️ The length if your videos are perfect and I wouldn’t mind them being longer because you don’t do a whole lot of unnecessary talking and you don’t spend to much time in one area explaining every single detail. Your move on as your talking. That why I love your videos.
Don't like the dishwasher rather have cabinets, Bathroom small Don't like where the bunk beds are. Like you Matt and your video are with good information. Like the color of the RV.
Thanks for the bit of humor/comedy in your reviews and not reading off a script! I personally prefer the more in depth reviews so 20+ minutes is good. Only thing I would change, is possibly leave the storage compartments open under the RV’s. If you are concerned about time this would save a bit not closing each one, this would also allow us to see under the RV when you open the drivers side & the entire underside is open. It’s usually so dark it’s difficult to see what it looks like.
Hey Matt, You’re Video’s are great, I just makes sense the video would be longer on a bigger unit! Wife and I did purchase a new Expedition years ago and Fleetwood DID NOT install the toilet paper holder . They left the customers to chose the location and the dealer install it. Hey keep up the great videos!! Thanks,Don
Love your videos. You give the real story. I saw a review of the 2021 Fleetwood Discovery LXE 36HQ. Would love to have you review it. Especially looking for the 3P results and your take on the size of the shower. Thanks and keep up the good work!
THREE THUMBS UP!!! Matt, the first love= Matt and Andrea! Great team!!! Now the MH. Dislike #1: small toilet areas, #2 actually toilet should have been a #2 LOL!!! #2 Been nice to have the large sofa across from the TV.. That's it for dislikes. LIKES=Almost too many to list. #1 Emphasis on solar. #2 Interior appointments...........absolute KILLER!!! LOVE the U shape dinette. #3 Kitchen and washer/dryer and especially the dishwasher!!! Matt, I hope you are selling a boatload with a great income because of it! You are one of the hardest working RV sales people ever. You deserve all good things ;) LOVE the indepth vids...........keep them as long as needed to fully show the RV's Can't wait for you to do a vid on either a Greyhawk or Entegra 30Z
U must have been the that sold it you must be one heck of good sale person I saw an entire video from one of you're formal customers bragging on u man great job

Yes I agree David thanks so much!
Always love bunks, not a fan of walking through adult room to get to a kid zone. Or kids stuck on the other side of bathroom if someone is taking a shower. The living zone is amazing. Love the fridge and stove. Love the couch.
Matt, keep your vids thorough and whatever length they need to be!!! Don't cut it short!!!!
Double thanks
The bunk area seems like an after thought. So if Im trying to get an early start on my day with a shower (or just even using the rest room in general), I have to worry about the kids being able to easily creep in if they are just waking up. Also, no entertainment in the bunk area is a minus as well. You are right this is definitely not a full time full family coach. Kids will most likely want to sleep upfront where the TVs are.
Thanks so much Dan! I appreciate your 2 cents
Ok
#1 Like - Matt and Andrea
#2 Floor is so easy to clean and heated
#3 Bunk is flexible
Dislikes
#1 - length
#2 - limited width space for toilet
#3 - Bedroom is busy
Thanks Diana :)
Were cool with the 20+ minutes. Y'all are entertaining!

I would love to see you there!
Matt,
GREAT Video!
Thanks so much Gordon!
Great video,
Andrea I LOVE the little walkthrough you did before Matt walked in.
I like the length of the videos bc you go in to such detail. I do think you could do a little editing to reduce the time like cut the parts where you are climbing, or bending under the slides, and the time where you are deciding what you like/don't, It can shave three to five minutes
Thanks so much Karla :) Thanks so much for watching and commenting 😬
I really like it! Totally with ya on the toilet paper holder. Don't quite get it. LOL Thanks for the laughs as always! - MJ
Lol IKR thanks so much MJ!
P.S. we love the longer videos.
I am not impressed with cramped toilet space. But love everything else.
Thanks so much Larry!
It's a bargain still need to win at least 1 lottery. Love the large freeze with the fridge.
Like the televator tv nice to sometimes just look out of a big window.the closet bunk beds are
Perfect.A manual switch is a must for everything nothing like losing your remote.
Lol your right about that remote robert :)
Wow, Very Nice. Thanks for the review, Matt and don't mind them running long, details are good.
Thanks so much John! I appreciate it
Matt, by the way, we will be picking up our third coach this Wednesday from General RV's, Clarkston MI. location 2020 Holiday Rambler 35K, with the new kitchen design long and low window. We love all the new standard features,
This is the first video that you said my wife . I was wondering as I watched so many of your videos. You guys do a great job.
I live the in depth so the longer and more detailed the better. I’m new to this community and still not have one but it helps me decide what I like and don’t like
Matt make video 30 minutes long more details on choices RV ECT.
Thanks so much Earl!
Long videos are great. More details. If I want to get the short and sweet version I skip around. Your format is so routine that I know what part of the video to fast forward to....great job matt
Love the bunk. I Love the colors. I love the couch
Your videos are not useless chatter there is substance to it.
short / long, dont care ,. I just want to see the RV, Everything,,and you and Andrea do a wonderful "show" job!!
Thanks so much! ANd it doesnt have the steerable rear axle
We have been watching a lot of your videos and this is by far my favorite RV with bunks. !
Nice size and floor space. Not certain about the bunkhouse being behind the bathroom. Great video!
Thank you so much!
I don't mind the videos being longer, I love that you show all the details. Way out of our price range though and too big for what we would like. Still hoping you get the chance to review the 2020 Coachmen Pursuit 27XPS. :)
Yes! I am so excited for that one! We dont have one yet but when we do I am ALL IN!
1. I hate that there is no skirt hiding the forward step. You have a run of white interrupted by the dark step cutout then white to the front bumper. Looks odd.
2. I hate the passenger side slide. It covers up the storage bays.
3. Yes...I hate the TP holder.
1. I like the digital dash
2. I like the bunk room
3. I like the raised forward cap.
Keep up the good work!
Thanks Adam :)
Always. Love your videos... video time is... perfect
really ok GREAT! Thanks so much
Matt's RV Reviews for a 1/2 million.... yep time was great....
Don’t mind the length at all. It allows you to go through stuff properly. Love you guys!!!
Best floor plan I have ever seen
Don’t mind the length you’re guiding me through the RV not just gabby. I’ve encountered that same toilet paper situation in higher end hotel bathrooms.
Thanks so much Edna :)
So after viewing a lot of your videos only one word i can think of. And that word is...
Awesome
Length of the videos is fine. Keep up the great videos.
Thanks so much Ben!
Thanks so much Freds Mom :)
I love your honesty in your reviews. I like the longer videos....no need to shorten them.
1 like: you can make do in the bathroom, sorry, but it cracked me up 😉
1 dislike: I'm too poor to afford that 😁
Lol its ok Angela! I cant afford it either :)
ha I totally missed the make-doo pun. Did you hear the cheap shot at Winnebago? just kidding - love Matt just the way he is, and love Winnebago too
I agree with your top 3s for sure. Thanks
Lol thanks so much Leanna! What I meant was I was thinking about shortening the videos :) NOT making them longer lol
Love your reviews. Don’t worry about time, the content is great and it will dictate the time. Nobody watching these reviews is under a time crunch. Lol. Keep up the great work man!
Thanks so much Leon!
Definitely do not mind the longer videos!
OK thanks so much Kevin
Don't shorten your videos. You give us the best info. Love the MH, but would turn the bunks into my office.
Love the all glass shower! I can watch my kids sleeping and my husband taking a crap at the same time. ;-) Make the videos as long as you need to cover everything.
Thanks so much :)
slam308 That's Hilarious🤣 I agree with you 100%.
Thanks so much Don
I like the bunks in the back then after bedtime, the adults can eat all the ice cream!!
Awesome motorhome great review. Wonderful how they did the bunk beds I'm a fan of that setup.
Thank you so much Vicki!
Another great review. And the length of your videos is almost always spot on.
Thank you so much Mark!

Don't mind being longer either. You guys always do a great job!
Matt, I love the length of the videos, if they end up over 30 minutes, I jump ahead to shorten them. Great video as always!
Lol thanks so much Grant!
Hmmm I see a lot of them on the road and have read some good reviews. Lot of bang for the buck. Thanks for the video.
Izzy
Thanks Izzy! Yea theyre very popular :)
Matt's RV Reviews
LXE vs Horizon what your take. I’m a big fan of Horizon.
Matt!
I love everything about this beauty,... except that it makes me envious. I enjoy seeing it and you are the man, so great video!
Thanks again Larry!
Hi there ! All the way from Port Talbot South Wales UK, love watching your reviews with you and your lovely wife so very informative.👍👍👍👍
Awesome! My dad is from Lancashire or Preston. Or both I dont know how you all do your countys and citys lol. I would love to visit one day :)
Thank you so much Ramona :)
Real time, is real time. Don't sweat it. You're good.
@18:40 I saw Andrea in the mirror and she looked absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much Andrea, for working on your day off!
Don't like the dishwasher rather have cabinets,
Bathroom small
Don't like where the bunk beds are.
Like you Matt and your video are with good information.
Like the color of the RV.
Thanks so much Lina
"We can make do! We can make do!" *while sitting on a toilet* lol. Nice rig. Thanks for all the details!
Thats a great idea :)
Thanks,Don
Andrea was so quiet at the time lol. Amazing coach

#1 Emphasis on solar.
#2 Interior appointments...........absolute KILLER!!! LOVE the U shape dinette.
#3 Kitchen and washer/dryer and especially the dishwasher!!!
