The 4369 Is one of the best models on the market My wife and I love it. The layout is awesome. Great Job Matt. Wish the new Owner many years of happiness.
Three things I don’t like about the coach: 1. You can’t afford it. 2. I can’t afford it. 3. TV up over the front. Three things I do like: 1. Ev 2. ‘ry 3. thing
We are selling our coach due to a promotion at our rv park in Michigan and are getting a park model. Not much need for the over the road luxury ride. Thanks for asking
Yes, yes, yes, more reviews, Love it !! wonderful of you to help your friends. Miss Andrea for behind the camera. Like your way of showing RVs,. Happy Trails !!
First time I've seen you tell an outright lie - "This NEWMAR DUTCHSTAR COULD BE YOURS!!!" No, it couldn't, unless you are making the payments for me. But, seriously, that is a beautiful coach.
Newmar builds very nice top end coach’s and my wife and I just about purchased one. But we found our Foretravel coach that fit us better for our needs better. I really like this Newmar’s interior and exterior colors and the exteriors paint theme. I am not going to try to pick pro’s or con’s because in my opinion when you reach up into the higher end coaches it’s all about personal taste and the options that the owner decides to go with. It has a nice engine size at 450 hp but we went with the 600 hp on ours only because we tow a large trailer at times my point exactly it all depends on what you need and like. Honestly if anyone is interested in purchasing a higher end coach I would seriously consider this one you can’t go wrong with a Newmar coach and this one has some very nice options and standard equipment that Newmar equips them with. Yes I like this coach one like this can be very hard to find. Thanks Matt.
Hi Matt....that is awesome that you are helping out your buddies! Yes...I would continue doing that. It also exposes your viewers to quality used rigs. In this example, it is a rig that is above our price. But, at this "used discount", it would be a top candidate if we were looking for something this large. Aside from that, THIS is a nice looking rig!! It falls into the category of "I like practically everything about it"! My dislikes are petty and few......I did not like that it didn't have a ladder to access the top. It also appeared the sewer hose had to do a hard 180 turn to be routed from the connection to the hole out of the bay. I hope it has a macerator hehehe. I definitely like this motorhome!.
Stunning and at that price I'm sure it's already sold considering my comment is more than a year after you did this awesome review. That thing is perfect or at least it would have ticked the boxes for the wife's must haves and most of mine...
It’s a beauty! Love the bathroom! 😍 Not crazy about having only one entry door all the way up front, but maybe that’s typical for a quarter million dollar RV - something I will probably never be even close to buying. 😳
Finally, one I feel comfortable with. This is a big Class A so you can fit the important stuff in it easily. So this is a Newmar. Not much you can say bad about the brand and model. Plenty of HP and torque to get you up and over the mountains. Tag makes for a sturdy ride with extra weight capacity. Plus it's nice to be able to rock the trucks when you go by rather than the other way around. That pretty much covers the general bumper to bumper so some specifics. Likes: 1. My biggest complaint on most of what you show is not enough counter prep space. Looks fine when you're in the market but terrible when you try to use it. This one has lots of prep space. 2. I don't generally like a booth dinette but this fools you. It has a leaf and extra chairs. Very usable. 3. If you're going to have a washer dryer, in my opinion a stacker is the only way to fly! I have more than 3 dislikes but since there was so much to like generally it works out fair I think. Dislikes: 1. I didn't see them so they may have been there just not shown, but I didn't see any window awnings. A coach with this build quality and price should have awnings over each side window to keep the sun/heat out as well as provide some privacy. The big awnings really can't be used all the time since they'll take off like a sail when it's windy. (The auto retract just isn't fast enough for a pop up thunderstorm) They are great however for keeping the sun/heat off of the slides. 2. No heated floors. Again, based on price point. Personal so not fair to call it a dislike on this particular coach: I don't like a rear bathroom. I prefer a mid. Since I don't want a rear bath I don't need a half bath. That funky door on the half bath is Newmar's answer to access when the slide is closed. All in all a very nice coach. I hope you all can find someone to buy it. Well worth the asking price! There, I wrote a book. UA-cam should be happy now!
Don, excellent points. This year model of dutchstar didnt come with window awnings. We wish it had them. Also you are correct, awning wind sensors are nice but I never trust them to completely protect you from a pop up wind storm.
@@mikestrevel4144 I learned something on my trip to the keys Mike. I used to laugh at the Newell and Prevost people having awnings on both sides. Like, who is going to hang out next to the sewer? I found out those awnings really keep the sun off of the slides! Congratulations on the promotion but leaving Florida? It's cold up there right now!
Great tour Matt. You really should consider selling used motorhomes. Likes: build quality, storage storage storage, actually has counterspace! 😂 Dislikes: too damn big to drive or take anywhere fun, weird TV placement, color scheme wayyyy too dark.
I think you are a great person to help your friends. Yes this would be great to do used also, this would allow people that want a higher end motorhome, but just cannot pay that high price.
Thanks for showing. I've wondered if the passenger's legs would get numb having a big hole in front of the front passenger seat but it appears after looking at your video that only a small corner of the front seat doesn't have a floor to rest your feet on.
Any body damage? That first bay door has a big gap between the panels. Usually a sign of sloppy repair work. Another issue is the tires need to be replaced. You are looking at $5,000 in tires in the next year.
Great Video! Quick question for Matt, you hate drop down bunks with front entrance because it makes it hard to exit with bed down - OKAY - when you pull out that couch bed, you have what, 3-4" to get past it to the door? I'm 60, 6' 2", with arthritis, and I could get out easier with the bunk down than the couch out in a bed. I'm a bit confused about that issue. Personally, it's so much less work to hit a button and have that bunk drop down than it is to pull out that couch, inflate the mattress, put sheets on it, find the pillows, than it is to keep the bunk unmade and just push the button to make it all dissappear. 3 things I love - DID you see how well this has held up? Looks like brand new inside and out. Rims are rims, and those look nice still. Loved the interior, and honestly, I'm torn between theater seating and a second couch just like the owner. 3 things I dislike: 1. Sorry Newmar, but I would prefer a rear ladder to allow me to do my own roof maintainance, but honestly, the roof looks fine, would like to know what they do to maintain it. 2. I'm not sure there is a 2, or a 3. Lack of drop down bunk, and I don't see the purpose of a TV in the front of the motorhome unless its set up so the person in the bunk could watch it, but without the bunk it seems a bit useless. Nice outfit, thanks for doing a review of it - we don't often get to see used motorhomes and get a sense of how they hold up over the years.
I definitely agree ! Miss the Mrs recording the video . I have to admit , Andrea records smoothly to the point that it feels as if your watching a show or movie . Amazing how one doesn’t realize it until she is not recording lol ... That RV is Beautiful !!!! I Soo Would not sell it lol ..

Wow when she first went in that coach she was swinging that camera back and forth I think she needs a lesson on videoing LOL. Newmar the Poor Man's Prevost.the coach probably came from North Trails RV they're the largest Newmar dealer in the country the coach probably sold for 500,000 maybe a little more new. thanks Matt for showing it
Dumb question. Why is it called a diesel “pusher”? Is it cause the engine is in the back and so it literally pushes it? Are all class A diesels “diesel pushers”? Or are some engines in the front?
I hate when the cabinets jut out over the kitchen counter. I'd be smackin' my punkin head every time I tried to cook. I don't personally like all the dark cabinets and furniture, nor the shiny floor. I would create such havoc trying to drive one of these monsters. Hope your friends are able to sell quickly and move on to their new life!
My likes: 1. Layout. 2. All electric 3. It's a Newmar. 4. Side mounted radiator. 5. Oasis hydronic heating. 6. Cargo and towing capacity. 7. That bathroom. Love that shower including products caddy. 8. Slide out generator. My Dislikes: 1. No ladder on rear. 2. Totally personal opinion: I'm not a fan of the darker colors. 3. Uhh... Hmm...Oh there's the ... uh.. Yeah I'm drawing a blank here.

Wow when she first went in that coach she was swinging that camera back and forth I think she needs a lesson on videoing LOL. Newmar the Poor Man's Prevost.the coach probably came from North Trails RV they're the largest Newmar dealer in the country the coach probably sold for 500,000 maybe a little more new. thanks Matt for showing it
Thanks so much Robert
The coach came from Midway rv center in grand Rapids MI
The big Dutch Stars MSRP less than $500k typically. But I would expect you'd pay 35% less than that-maybe even less now?
The rv park they are at looks nice, where is it? Great review!

@@mikestrevel4144 thank you

$224,995 with 56,000 miles.... in excellent condition
Finally a Great Motorhome
Thanks so much Steve!
Dumb question. Why is it called a diesel “pusher”? Is it cause the engine is in the back and so it literally pushes it? Are all class A diesels “diesel pushers”? Or are some engines in the front?
You are correct!
Most diesels are pushers but there are a few that are front or even mid (very few) engines.
Has it been sold
Love your videos
Thanks
Keep it up big dawg!
Thanks my guy!
No solar, it’s too big, it’s too dark too fancy and too expensive I thought you were calling it a “Death Star.” It’s a very nice motorhome
LOL I like that name! Deathstar!
How many miles??
I hate when the cabinets jut out over the kitchen counter. I'd be smackin' my punkin head every time I tried to cook. I don't personally like all the dark cabinets and furniture, nor the shiny floor. I would create such havoc trying to drive one of these monsters. Hope your friends are able to sell quickly and move on to their new life!
Hey Matt, did this coach sell?
My likes:
1. Layout.
2. All electric
3. It's a Newmar.
4. Side mounted radiator.
5. Oasis hydronic heating.
6. Cargo and towing capacity.
7. That bathroom. Love that shower including products caddy.
8. Slide out generator.
My Dislikes:
1. No ladder on rear.
2. Totally personal opinion: I'm not a fan of the darker colors.
3. Uhh... Hmm...Oh there's the ... uh.. Yeah I'm drawing a blank here.
wow not to many dislikes
Beautiful RV.
Thank you so much Glenda :)
$200,000 more than my old 2000 dutchstar but this is a different class than my old girl!
LOL Thanks so much!
That, is a really great price.

You forgot about the lack of roof access, because it has no ladder, Skippie. 🤔☹️🤨🙄
