- Judge shuts down sovereign citizen in circuit court…TWICE !!

Sovcit court
You know Squishy sometimes I watch Court hearings like I watch Judge Simpson and the others and I do not know how you do it!!
That is so time-consuming to take cuts from that and make these videos!!
I appreciate you so so much!?
I hope you get a "Join' button soon!
You know I'm going to keep harassing you until you do LOL
I am the main harasser of about seven or more other channels that I hounded them to get a membership button LOL
You guys deserve it this is such hard time consuming work!!!
They finally got tired of me mentioning it and went ahead and got the membership button LOL
Thanks for the VERY kind words...honestly, i do it because i just love to make others laugh AND think outside the box and court vids seem to really do that. i also know when i started watching em i was shocked at some of the crap the staff had to deal with so think awareness of that is a huge plus side...lots of folks have jaded views of the court that have never really seen what goes on...
as far a memberships...thinkin seriously about it but it goes against my nature..i HATE special clubs etc BUT it is a good buffer for doing deeper thought provoking videos that may not draw huge views...have a plan and will get there... If ya figure out a way to break though, my wife of 32 years would like to know your secret 🤣🤣🤣
@@OSGCourtWatch Lol well she's been at it for 32 years I don't think I could challenge that LOL
Here's the thing about memberships though.
You don't have to have a paywall like Vilified Freedom (if you don't know his channel please check it out you will love it I'm his VIP on there) for example his memberships you get the videos a day early but he does NOT have a paywall!
Everybody has access to the videos. Members get it a day earlier that's it. He makes that very clear on his channel that he would never put up a paywall.
I do not like paywalls on channels either!
I just wanted you to know and make it clear that you absolutely do NOT have to have a paywall!
I'm just encouraging you for people who want to support the channel.
I don't believe people should have paywalls and put their special videos for Members only.
You make me laugh!
I love your channel!
I love the law I always have! When I was a young girl my dad would have detective magazines in the bathroom and laying around by his bedside and I would always sneak and read them but I was getting in trouble because they had pictures in there of the murder scene so my dad thought it to be inappropriate but that's how long probably since I was 12 that I was obsessed with law from the interrogation all the way to the final outcome of a hearing!!!
I should have went to law school!! When I'm not watching this side of it I'm watching the crime side of it?
Murders mostly, irrigations, documentaries of crimes, things like that.
I'm in the crime Community pretty well too LOL I'm a law nerd!😁
@Chau Pham Come again?
Who are we putting in jail?
You lost me?
Try again?
@@jenniferkline4196 I'm with you on this. Are we putting Mr. Weems in jail or Chau???
@@jlane2236 I mean if he hadn't came back with that apology?
I absolutely would have put him in jail!!
However instead the judge put him in ✔️ 🤣🤣🤣
That judge is a helluva magician! She made a man appear by casting a bench warrant spell!
🤣🤣🤣
🤣
🤣🤣🤣
It was highly effective!
He straightened up and flew right for a bit.🫡🙄
His off camera advisor was dancing as fast as he could when he realized that the court wasn't buying any of his crap. The flop sweat was especially gratifying.
The sweat was because he's stoned out of his face - the reason his speech was slurred and muffled.
He sure sobered up quickly when his script went awry 😂
I love the way this Judge and attorney handle this nonsense by not engaging in his ridiculousness and going strait to a bench warrant
definitely one of the more coordinated shut downs I’ve seen 👍👍
Pretty sure the just us system violated due process...he can present any defense he wants
@@davidlankford60 I think the issue is refused to acknowledge his name for the court, instead chattering on with nonsense mumbling (poorly) the SovCit mantra. His defense would be presented during his trial in which he wide latitude vs what the purpose of this hearing was limited to. The judge was nice to allow him back into Zoom court with his revised attitude, and the prosecutor was super generous with his plea deal. Otherwise he could be facing over 5+ years on each of the other counts plus a one year suspension on his license.
@@davidlankford60 of course he can. But 'HE' has to be there.
@@paulhendershott667 Well said. Spot on as well.
YES..YES..YES........I'M DANCING IN THE STREET.....A JUDGE THAT HOLDS THESE PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE....THANK YOU JUDGE.....
Ms. Wade is the reason why I still have faith in the world. Best of luck to her.
I liked how this video started with a warm and fuzzy one.
And Weems is the only reason I have any faith left...Only educated person in the entire zoom call...It takes like a 10 minute search to realize everything he says is correct. "You" are NOT "you", but a corporate ENTITY the gov't tricked your parents into creating. %100 FACTS!
Yessssss, hope she gets a job back with her great-grandson!!❣️
Loved the sweet smiles exchanged between Mrs Wade and her lawyer. Just lovely right now.
Goddamn right! It’s nice to see the Justice system working in favor of those who have rehabilitated and paid their debt to society. Her great grandson is better off with her in his life, and her second chance will ensure he never needs more than one!
This is the third time I've watched this video and the third time I've had tears in my eyes regarding Ms. Wade. She seems by all accounts to be a fine, upstanding lady who in her younger years made a mistake, paid the price and went on with her life. A true success story. Well done, Ms. Wade, well done!
LOVE ms Wade 👍👍
Same here, such a simple thing but so powerful
I surprised myself and cried a little...her sweet face and the look in her eyes when the Judge granted her Pardon.....This was so wholesome.....Congratulations Ms Wade love from Canada
Yes reformed, like prisons are 'supposed' to do, more than deserves a clean slate.
Yup, got teary with her smile to her lawyer at the end...the ruling even made the lawyer smile
Pro Tip: If you MUST represent yourself in court, then PLEASE DON'T MUMBLE!!!
They can't even speak English properly so why expect different?
I bet he can clearly state “please cash my welfare check” and “does anyone want to buy some food stamps or oxys” in 5 different languages. Actually, he sounds like a character from a Dave Chapelle episode… completely illiterate, but it doesn’t stop him from regurgitating a bunch of pseudo legal buffoonery he downloaded from the Internet, at a price. 😂😂😂
Stick him in a cage for 2 years and let him contemplate his ridiculous life choices.
He doesn't even believe what he is saying.
^^^this^^^
And dont smoke dope.
I love how he was denying sitting right there and mumbling on purpose at first only to magically appear and suddenly able to talk clearly after the bench warrant was issued and they just moved on to the next case. Love these idiots.
Prosecutor: "Are you Angelo Gabrielle Weems?"
Sov-cit: "No"
Judge: "ok then they failed to appear, going to issue a bench warrant"
I mean what did that idiot think was going to happen? The courts are done playing with that loony sov-cit nonsense.
The judge did exactly what needed to be done. More judges should do the very same thing. Through a bunch in jail and maybe others would pay attention and realize they were not going to get away with their insanity.
Agreed. Swing the hammer on these chuckle nuts.
That's what judges should do every time. Sadly most judges let sov cits play games.
That was golden!
playing sovergion citizen......crap= bench warrent.....nice
Congrats ms wade! I wish her and her great grand baby all the joy and blessings a non federally convicted person can enjoy. Sounds like she deserves it.
Boy, he sure waited until the last possible second to pull out the “jurisdiction” chapter of “The Sovereign Citizen’s Guide to Pseudo-Legal Buffoonery and Humiliation”, commonly referred to as “How to Lose Your Case in 3 Easy Steps”
ALWAYS one last dying try…knew it was comin before I watched it BUT I was very surprised at the apology…THAT kinda threw me…lol
@@OSGCourtWatch yes! there was a total “toddler figuring out that Mommy won’t hear me when I’m being a brat” moment of clarity. And you know what? He was exactly right! Funny how that works
and Black's Law Dictionary, another thing they commonly cite.
So many big words, so little time.
@@OSGCourtWatch the apology and his defeated exasperation says it all.
The sad thing is that people like Mr Weens act as they act not out of idiocy but out of desperate denial. They don’t want their legal problems to be reality.
But instead of mounting an actual legal defence against his charges, Mr Weens and SovCits like him pretend the charges either don’t exist, or that the judicial system has no jurisdiction over them, or that they aren’t who they are and are instead a legal fiction representative, etc etc etc.
The thing with SovCits is not so much about delusion. It’s more about desperate denial of the situation they’re in. They’re trying to manifest a different reality, coupled with a good dose of anti-government ideology. Remember, the judicial branch is one of the three branches of government. SovCits don’t consent to laws legislated by the Legislative branch of government, they don’t consent to the jurisdiction of the Judicial branch of government, and they don’t consent to the enforcement action of the Executive branch of government. They are anti-government ideologues who do not want the system to apply to them.
In that effort, people like Mr Weens once they are in trouble in the system, they pay actual money to receive SovCit scripts that have never worked. And the SovCit gurus that sell them these scripts know they don’t work and have never work and will never work, but sell them nonetheless because it’s a scam that preys on anti-government ideologues in desperate denial.
It’s easy to sell crap to someone who is deliberately looking to buy crap.
In that sense, SovCits are seeking out information that confirms their pre-existing bias, namely that all the lawyers and all the judges have the law totally wrong. That all the legislation legislated by the legislators is unlawful. That all the enforcement of the executive are unlawful.
SovCit scripts confirm all that to them.
Mr. Lou Danner APA is wonderful! The way he explains things to a SovCitiot shows that, if he ever got tired of being a lawyer, he could easily get a job as a kindergarten teacher. He's patient and knows how to break things down so even a 5 year old can understand it. If I had grandchildren, I'd want them to go to the school he's teaching in! :)
As a kindergarten teacher, this is 10/10 accurate. 😂
Unfortunately, most of kindergarten now isn’t teaching, it’s documenting their terrible behavior that the school districts refuse to do anything about.
I watched a guy try this while back in court. He got arrested on the spot. It was hilarious.
I'd love to see that
He DID...T.Y..T.Y...T.Y....NOW LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
The patience and gentle demeanor these Attorney's and judges display with these Sov-cits is admitable.
Thanks for leaving that first case in. Justice was done, she paid her debt to society and made good, and now is being rewarded for that. So many felons just keep committing crime but she broke the cycle, which couldn't have been easy.
and stepped up to raise her grandson…

I was waiting for her to fly off the handle about SovCit stuff and wondered why it didn't happen :D
and the prosecutor was an ass.... (he disagreed with the request)
If all Judges and Prosecuting Attorneys handled Sovcits in this manner, the Sovcit BS would cease rather quickly.
He said, "I'm here." And looked like he wanted to cry. 🤣🤣
Now all of a sudden you are Mr. Weems.. This judge is the best.
Prosecutor Danner seems very kind, went out of his way to not give him advice and yet still tries to help him.
This prosecutor does an excellent job..
he does!
His attempts to help the sovidiot while making sure to protect his rights is commendable. But, keep in mind, this also means that if the fool does say anything to the prosecutor during their communications, it will be easily admittable since he did such a fine job warning him on the record.
@@undecidedmiddleground5633 It is a tricky situation, since the idiot does actually have the right to negotiate with the prosecutor on his behalf and it was proper to advise him of *that* right. Idiot did accept standby council, at least.
@@nctpti2073 Agreed 100%. I think that after he realized that he'd get short shrift from the judge with his nonsense, he came back in round 2 with what I would consider the best possible route if he's going to insist on self-representation. Felon in Possession is offered to be dismissed?
No wonder society is sick of the revolving doors!
I thought Felon in Possession was a Federal offense - or at the minimum - A state high felony with serious minimum prison time
I guess not any longer
A felon carrying a gun needs to go to prison. If they don't, what purpose does the law serve?
If you look in the background he has bars on his window. So he should feel right at home in jail
@@rolandhansen812 you can tell the quality of the neighborhood by how many floors of barred windows are present. any doubt he was on the 3rd floor?

Well in one had he might live in a place where his life depends on having owning a firearm but on the other hand he’s not to smart about it so maybe he shouldn’t be allowed I think felon or not special circumstances should allow certain felons permission ! I am a felon for domestic abuse my daughter passed away I got into drugs and my wife called and lied so I would be put in jail because I was on deaths bed for using so I don’t think it’s fair for some of us to not be allowed and yea domestic abuse is no felony but I was owed money from employer he said I could either get tools on his account or wait so I got 475 in tools he then got me charged for using his account and I happened to be in jail o could have stayed in jail but I pleaded to get out and work now I have theft by deception charge which is felony which is bullshit but yeah I know we are never guilty I truly was not just got caught up on opiates and needed a way out jail was that way out
Judging by your comment, I would have to agree you should not own a gun. I would suggest using your prison time to take some basic grammar classes, which would really help with communication skills. I wish you the best.
I love this Bench Warrant. Lol he did this to himself by not appearing when he was really there. Got what he asked for.
If I were an already convicted felon, I'd have JUMPED on THAT deal offered. He's going to sovcit himself into prison.
No he's not, he's going to get Angelo Weems into prison, but he is not him. Him is not he. He has no name. He does not exist. We were never here. Nothing is real. You Tube School of Law, Class of 2022.
Yup. Sovcit "education" consists entirely of teaching them how to remain in contempt of court from beginning to end of the process. Which is very convenient for the people who sell this garbage, because their customers have a pretty hard time suing them from jail.
Yeah , I don't understand why he would take that deal .
Even a non convicted felon would be an absolute moron to Reject that kind of a plea deal. 4 charges including three felonies reduced to just ONE felony and NO jail time whatsoever for it?! I’ve never heard of such a bargain of an offer. Certainly doesn’t happen in the county in michigan where I live! I went to jail AND had to do two years of an intensive sobriety court probation for ONE MISDEMEANOR. No plea deal offered whatsoever. Our prosecutors and judges are assholes! But I think this one was way TOO soft, especially on a dude like this!!
Congrats Ms Wade. As someone that’s in a similar situation I can tell you it’s very easy to place blame on everyone else but she busted her ass and put in the work she’s put in to get her rights restored and she definitely deserves it.
Props to the judge and ADA for not laughing at this dolt.
I really love this prosecutor. He is on the ball and not taking any shite.
It was epic when the judge issued a bench warrant for the sovcit. I love it when they don't give any credence to these idiots. Just wish she would have tossed him in jail, but glad to see when he returned he acted civil in the courtroom.
Awww the first one was such a great moment, how good of that judge to help that woman who is trying her best.
Can't believe he turned down that offer!!! 3 felonies, plus a misdemeanor, and he wouldn't get any jail time at all!!!
I said the same thing like dude you should be thanking them especially the prosecutor for taking the time to even explain the deal to him. Then he goes all "SovCidiot" again. OMG dude is a doorknob...then again, I think doorknobs are smarter than him.
I truly hope that means he gets the book thrown at him
@JBrewskie doorknob..I use that word atleast 3 times a day
Weems got a sweetheart deal.VERY generous. And laid right down in the poop. Wow.
I Love that they are treating the guy the way he wanted, like he was not there, just a representative was there, so there was a warrant taken out for him! I Love seeing the Courts fighting back!! 😃

I like the prosecutor here. Mr. Danner is concise, informative and on point throughout this whole matter.

he seems like a good guy in general.
I loved the first clip and the sudden smile right at the end when the lady realized she had won.
The main video made me chuckle. The judge and the prosecutor have definitely been through this before. Great job!
And the LADY SAY TO THE JUDGE T.Y...UR HONORE Xs....2....
The fact that someone WILLING TO WORK would lose employment for a nearly forty year old served conviction is a disgrace.
Idea: reverse parole hearings.
20, 25 or whatever years after your release, there's a court hearing where the state has to show why it should remain on your record. If they can't meet that burden, it automatically disappears.
ABSOLUTELY but it was a school and they have to have a firm policy…sadly the days of using rational thought vs a hard and fast rule is gone in our society…long gone…
@@OSGCourtWatch Agreed, the rule must be strict and strictly followed due to the litigious nature of so many people. If they did hire an ex-felon and something happened, no argument would stop the negligence lawsuit.
But, I do like your idea, Jeremy. However, I think someone should have to request that hearing via a website form, otherwise there would be just soooo many no-shows and doing this review sans involvement of the con would be challenging, to say the least.
What are the facts of the case? Did she not state the conviction in her application? If so that could be considered lying or deception.
@@donmoore7785 She probably got promised the job, then the school did the standard background check. She probably thought it not a problem because of the statutes of limitations. But it does not happen by itself, apparently.

That was a SWEET deal. Why he didn't just break down in tears thanking the prosecutor, I don't know. Felon in possession would be a relatively easy case to prove.
Judge and Prosecutor did a great job here. They have protected his rights as well as advanced the case for effective disposal. Great job 👏
They do shine indeed.
I don't recall ever hearing of any sovereign citizens prevailing in court. Does ever happen?
Way to play the game judge and prosecutors. Play by our rules or you lose. I feel that police officers and judges perpetuate the behavior by not dropping the hammer down hard on these nails. Screw giving them a deal and dropped charges, these geniuses think that’s a win for them and therefore keep acting in a stupid manner.
Dismissing the 2nd and 3rd counts sounds a little outrageous. This deal seems like a slap on the wrist.
A complete waste of resources, money & time in a way overloaded system. It pisses me off too!
I hear you. I think people are gonna do what people do and find loopholes in the law where they can. The presumption of innocence puts the burden on the prosecutor, but these guys think saying some magic words protects them from their own consequences. So we just get quality UA-cam fodder 😂
Can't blame the cops for what the police chief & mayor & governor refuse to do - back them up, rather they handcuff them, defund them, mandate them out of their jobs & are if at all replaced by diversity hires rather than merit.
He needs to be thanking God for the Judge and prosecutor in his case for literally giving him a second chance 😫
i will be using the term "SovCidiot" freely and widely now- thanks for it

You know judges and prosecutors’ offices are having meetings / conferences and sharing strategies on how to deal with this. Mr Weems was speaking to someone off camera, I bet it was the guy who told him about this BS
I hope he asks for his money back … he’s going to need it to make bail. 😂
Love the way you comment with writing instead of always interrupting. Your comments are very witty and interesting, thanks.
thanks jonathan...IF i've learned ONE thing fom 30+ years of marriage, NO ONE wants to hear me talk... 🤣🤣🤣
I can’t believe how they both worked as his lawyer. Secondly, I find it ridiculous to plea bargain all these cases down to one with no jail time.
Really, it's often that the paperwork or evidence is shaky, and/or the prosecution doesn't have a solid case.
Holy shit! 4 charges, 3 of which are felonies and he gets off with ONE felony and only probation as a sentence?! Where the hell does this county get these soft ass prosecutors??!! I went to jail AND had to do a two year sobriety court program for a MISDEMEANOR. ONE misdemeanor!! I didn’t get offered ANY kind of deal! I wish I had had this prosecutor!
He's a gem! Thanks, OSG. Please follow this one all the way!
That is the best way I’ve ever seen a court handle a sovcit!! They all need to do this!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
So glad I found your channel Squishy! It is great. Your editing is perfect and your comments are spot on funny!
Very impressed by judge and especially the prosecutor in this case. Both handled him very well.
I like that bench warrant issued. He deserves it for trying to pull that crap.
Once they allowed his case back he did alright, until the end when the sov cit script just had to come back. I'm not surprised but absolutely amused.
Thanks OSG.
What in hell does he have to think about? He basically got off Scot-Free.
