Mocksville Elementary Fleet Review

Lars take a look at the fleet currently in service at the local Elementary school.
Bus 31 - 2013 Thomas C2 - Cummins 6.7
Bus 16 - 2007 Thomas C2 - MBE 900
Bus 47 - 2018 Thomas C2 - Cummins 6.7
Bus 26 - 2011 IC CE200 - Maxxforce 7
Bus 190 - 2009 Thomas C2 - Cummins 5.7

i rlly wish they did order more IC CE. this year 2 were replaced with a 2015 thomas c2 and a 2024 thomas c2. the comfort on ce is way more comfortable and quieter than c2.

I like how their fleet is mostly Thomas C2s, but with only one IC CE 200 in the mix.

Speaking of the IC buses, North Carolina switched to Cummins engines for their IC CE buses since the MaxxForce engines were later proven to be unreliable due to issues with them due to issues with them catching fire due to a known design flaw that can increase the chances of too much diesel fuel in the engine oil.
