The Chinese call it 'carrot cake' but it is actually radish cooked with eggs and other condiments. It is a nice traditional Chinese food. You should also try fried oysters which is very famous in Malacca. It is oysters cooked with eggs and other condiments too. Very nice. Usually goes with limes and some chillies in light soya sauce.
Thank you 😊
Wonderful. Thank you for this video and for showing your explorations in Melaka.
You are welcome 🤗

That mall was dead all the time we were their as well! Did have a really good vans store over the other side! Try the view point spinning building out , very cheap and has a bk in the waiting area
Oh jeez, it’s 12:30am and having watched that I’m now so hungry….. 😂
😂😂👍
That carrot cake is actually radish rice cakes that are pan fried with some yummy condiments and eggs. Don't miss out on the Nyonya curry noodles, Asam Pedas fish and Cendol Gula Melaka while you're there!😂
Try the keria gula melaka n pineapple tarts too...
Thank you 😊
Greetings from Melaka.
Imagine 400 years ago you will see many traders and ships docking at the port.
And sailors coming down looking for food.. or something else they don't.get on the ship.😂
Greetings 😊
The rickshaws in London are noisy too. And they normally blasted Arabian songs. Hahahah😅
Rickshaws are a bad move for Melaka in my opinion
@OTWD_yt but I hv seen many videos showing many ppl ride those rickshaws. Personally, they are earning money quite a hard way coz they have to pedal, those r not electrical powered rickshaws. One of the main attractions for tourists
@@bakafrayaborja896 they definitely should earn money but they could do it with the rickshaw being dressed up vintage and traditionally and not play the loud crappy music and attract more tourists.
Just my opinion
Carrot cake in this context is the radish
Carrot is lobak merah and radish is lobak putih...sl
@@ashtriana1 correct even in Chinese it’s also described the same merah (red) and putih (white)
I see 😊❤️
While why not you go for a day trip to Muar...
Muar?
The entire Melaka is a unesco site. The old town, Dutch area Portuguese church and all are under it
Thank you sir ❤️
Not many shop in UK use QR code
I’ve not seen any in the uk
We still use them in a lot of cafes and restaurants in Scotland after COVID. I love it, so much easier than queuing.
Another fab vlog guys, thanks! Stay safe ❤
@@Laney2272 thank you Elaine ❤️
Is London a safe city ? Are the British friendly to the Chinese ? because I am going to London for a trip . I would like to know
I don’t live in London. I live about 1 hour south but I’ve been to London many times I would say central London and the tourist areas are very safe. Be careful of pickpockets on the tube and in busy areas. And avoid North London after dark. But although Londoner can seem quite ignorant. Generally very good people that will always help you 💯
