Shadow Kyogre - How to beat Giovanni

- I’ve had a super rocket radar saved for several months. I had no interest in catching the shadow Regi’s. However, shadow Kyogre is awesome. This is actually a very easy battle and on my first try.

Cool win, I thought I could never beat him, since I didn't stand a chance against him for a whole bunch of days... but after I watched your video I thought, why not give it another try, and a momet later I defeated him with the help of my Machamp, wonder, 2711 CP and my Vaporeon, wonder, 3020 CP and my Vikavolt, wonder, 2319 CP =D! Im not bragging, good luck to you guys who havn't beaten him yet!

Finally beat him today. Took sooo many attempts. Doesn’t help that I’ve been away from the game for three years… so really don’t have any great legendaries… but got through with a t-tar, i want to say mamoswine (actually can’t recall the second pokemon) and rosarde…

Mamoswine lands super effective damage to all 3 middle slot pokemons Gio currently has, so that was a pretty good choice. Also Ttar counters Scratch Persians arguably better than Machamp

I wouldn’t do it on the balloon though that thing could just fly away whenever it likes 😂

You can stay in the balloon interface for a time that seems to vary between 40 minutes and one hour before the game errors you out, provided you don't fully exit the battle (which if you do after 20 mins the balloon will fly)
I got 2 shadow kyogre not so good iv now i have saved my 2 rocket radar for next sharow legendary

@@scottinmo yupp it will be either shadow rayquaza or shadow groundon both are best in there type . I also think the groundon will come first

How did you get the attacks to show up on the pokemon selection screen?
Good question. Hold your finger on the Pokémon and the moves show up.

I beat giovanni with only a 2700cp sirfetched. If u have one get a fighting normal attack and his grass charged and it sweeps

I used cp 2400 rhydon cp 2200 togekiss and cp 1800 shifty and beat him
I think this is the first time I’ve seen someone say they used Shiftry. Nice spice to the team.
@@scottinmo i was a beginner back then and it could charge itd charge move in like 4 fast moves so i used it to get rid of giovannis shield and it carried me at the end against shadow kyogre only taking 1 hit i think
