We all have so many old dupattas and old scarves lying around in our cupboards, which we no longer use because either the salwar-kameez or the lehanga with which we wore it has either gone out of fashion or has faded or because of some other reason.
So in this video we tell you 3 awesome DIY ways to reuse and revamp your old scarves or dupattas.
These 3 ways to refashion old dupattas or scarves are:
1. Make kimono from an old scarf or dupatta
This Kimono looks very chic and cool and can be worn over shorts-T-shirt, over a short dress or on beach over your swimsuit.
2. Make a traditional long sleeve poncho from old dupatta
Ponchos with lehengas are so much in fashion these days and using this method, you can convert your old dupattas into long sleeve ponchos which look amazing with a lehanga.
This poncho look so designer and classy, that no one will be able to guess that you made it yourself at home using an old dupatta or a scarf
3. Convert an old scarf or dupatta into a kaftan top
Kaftan tops look very classy and can be worn with jeans or trousers or shorts or even over beachwear/swimwear
This method lets you create kaftan tops from old scarves
