- This video is from the 2014 Induction Ceremony. When we induct someone into the Musicians Hall of Fame we ask them who they would like to induct them at the concert.
When we inducted the great Will Lee, he asked for Billy Gibbons to come and play and induct him into the Hall of Fame.

I love la grange by zz top, that song and sharp dressed man are my favorite by them. This is Awsome, specially tha dude on pedal steel...that was some smoken lead licks they all played, but tha pedal steel was tha best...🤘

Absolutely great fun! I first came across Will in the mid 70's when he played with Steve Khan on those great fusion records, and was part of that NYC scene (Will, Khan, Tropea, Gadd, Grolnik, Mironov, Brecker's et al). Great player and super nice guy.

Seems the authorities have a solid idea who is responsible for the destruction over on 2nd avenue. Glad there are no effects at Municipal Auditorium. First Nashville memories from attending Fanfair when it was at Municipal beginning when I was 6 years old.
In checking up on 2nd Ave businesses I am sorry to see that Demos Restaurant has permanently closed. Loved to eat there when visiting the city.

Yeah, 'temerity' by definition would "fit better" but I really used 'tenacity' for two very specific reasons.
1) Because it can mean spirit or even determination, endurance, etc.
2) Because the liner notes booklet for 1994's 'Antenna' CD has the quote, "Tone, Taste, Tenacity" in it.

I have been a fan of all these guys from day 1 and it never ceases to amaze how fired up Frampton gets when he is on stage. The man just seems to enjoy the shit out this stuff. Too bad the mix got screwy with his guitar, sound man was under a LOT of pressure here..... You try mixing in the Reverend with Kenny Wayne, who, btw killed it. Lastly, the steel player was AMAZING. Didnt know you could do that with at steel guitar!
