So I’ve been trying to do this for several hours. It works all the way until the end. When I bring the tumblers to the front it just completely covers up my design instead of merging together. I am on a MacBook!
Hey Makayla! Please make sure you're using the .PNG file with transparent tumbler parts and not the .JPG file which has no transparent parts and it will really cover your designs with white areas. Also, for further support please join my Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/1175696225953409/ and write a post there, you can attach screenshots also. Or PM me on Etsy. Thanks
I was having trouble too after watching this video , i went to design bundle (keyword. Canva tumbler mock up ) and purchase a mock-up and applied the following step to and worked awesome, hope this helped
Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Followed the video all the way through until the part I’m supposed to move image forward. But forward and backward options are there but don’t let me click on them! Am i using the wrong file maybe?
Hi Sonia. The only case I know when forward/backward options aren't active is when you've made the 1st image attached to the background (Set as a Background image). Right-click on the Tumbler Mockup PNG image and select "Detach Image from Background" to enable the forward/backward options. If you still have issues, I would invite you to join one of the FB groups (see the description below the video to find links) - there you can post a video of your actions in Canva and we can have a look together where the problem comes from. Thanks
Hi! Would you contact me via Etsy convos or via the FB group: facebook.com/groups/1175696225953409/ and provide some screenshots, so I can see where the problem is and try to support you. Thank you.
Thank you for this helpful video, but how do you get you design image to curve around the bottom of the tumbler? I've gotten everything else to work perfectly thanks to your instructions!
Hi Alice, unfortunately curving the image is not possible in Canva as the program doesn't have this feature. So mine is also not curved. This will be possible in Photoshop / Photopea with the PSD file. Thanks.
Thanks, happy to hear it. Not sure if I understand you right about the liquid look. If it's regarding the mockup and I can help - feel free to reach me out via some of the channels mentioned in the description/comments (FB, DesignBundles/Etsy PM).
After multiple tries, when I get to the end and do "bring to the front", my image disappears and the mock up is the only thing showing. Any suggestions. Great video, just what I was looking for. Now to just figure out this one step...lol
Hey! If you hit "Bring to the front" after positioning your designs in the right places and you use the transparent PNG file, your designs should be visible, because the PNG mockup file has empty pixels and everything that's backward should be visible. Are you sure you're using the PNG file and not the JPG file ( which isn't with transparent pixels)? For further support please join my Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/1175696225953409/ so I can provide screenshots as well. Thanks, Olga
The Sippy cup Mockup doesn't allow to create a transparent PNG file for Canva. It includes only the PSD file for Photoshop/Photopea - so you can follow this video: ua-cam.com/video/ZBoqLxXOAZo/v-deo.html If you have any other questions, feel free to comment. THanks
The whole design used in the mockup is 7.3x6.2" or 2200x1850 px (divided into 3 equal parts). You could use also the standard size for 20oz tumbler wrap - 9.3x8.2". In a nutshell, any proportions with height:width = 1:1.2. I hope this helps

I did everything and worked great until I got to the point of "sending images to front. It brings tumbler images to the front and doesnt wrap my image around the tumbler like yours seems to. Help!
Hi Casey! Make sure the image with your design (and not the one with the tumblers) is selected and then click bring to front. Samantha, please make sure you're using the .PNG file with the transparent tumbler areas. So on these areas, you will see at the beginning empty pixels. When the PNG mockup overlays your design - your design will be visible exactly where the transparent areas are. If you're using the JPG file instead, you will see the tumbler areas in white and not your design there.
Hey, Murtazo! What exactly doesn't work right about the other 2 copies? If you need to provide screenshots please join my Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/1175696225953409/ and write a post there. Thanks
I’m not able to right click on my image to copy or paste. I can click on the copy button on the screen but there’s no way to paste. I’m on a Windows 10 HP laptop. Any help would be appreciated. Thx....I tried on my iPad also and no way to paste .....
Hi Crystal! I also have a Windows 10 HP laptop and tried it, it works. I'm sorry I cannot attach a screenshot to explain it better, but if you don't have the right-click menu with the Copy & Paste option, then a workaround would be the following: select the design and click on the Duplicate button (it's located on the top menu bar on the right, the last button before the Recycle bin/Delete btn). For further support please join my Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/1175696225953409/ so I can provide screenshots as well. Thanks, Olga
Hi Claire, it should be a PNG file with transparent objects (tumblers). The transparent areas are empty pixels actually. It wouldn't work if it's a regular PNG with no transparency or a JPG file. I hope this helps.
Hi Courtney, would you please join the FB group: facebook.com/groups/1175696225953409/ and provide some screenshots, so I can see where the problem is and try to support you. Thank you.
Hi Brittany, beside the video tutorials I can provide more support in the FB group only, as there is an option to attach screenshots etc, so feel free to join and ask questions to support you: facebook.com/groups/1175696225953409
For PC users Open the tumbler image and add to workspace Go to top right hand corner of the tool bar and click on the "lock" symbol to lock the image Load the image you want to add to your tumblers Place the image over the tumblers and set transparency to 30 Right mouse click on your image and choose copy The press CTRL V to paste the image a second and third time Size your images over each tumbler with just a tiny bit over the tumbler sides Click on the tumbler image and click on the "lock" button again - this time to unlock it. Set your three images that you placed over the tumblers back to 100 transparency Right click on the tumbler picture - chose the "bring it forward" option If you need to readjust your pictures over the tumblers right click again and send the tumbler picture back - adjust the pictures and then bring the tumbler picture forward again Click the left mouse button and hold and drag the highlight box over the entire image. Then simply resize the image to fit within the presentation guidelines (the red dotted lines that appear as you move the outer lines of you image) Save your image and you are done.
Hi, do you use the PNG file from the skinny tumbler mockup you've purchased? It won't work with any PNG. For further support please join the FB group mentioned below or message me on the platform you've got my mockup from. Thanks
I think you need to use their template. The tumbler part has to be transparent. Mock up files I've found elsewhere for free are not transparent. When you bring it to the front it covers the image.

if you are using a PC then you have to "lock" the tumbler image for it to show through. The commands are actually all a little different on a pc.
Is it the same way with your sippy mockup?

In a nutshell, any proportions with height:width = 1:1.2.

Sorry to hear that. That's the way I can help for now. I'm not a native speaker, so that's why I prefer to text instead of speaking.
